10/10we had xmas lunch here and the food was superb. the menu was so well curated and every course was interesting and often surprising. the service was fab as well, many thanks to all the staff for making our xmas lunch such a wonderful experience.

10/10Delicious tasting menu in a nice atmosphere at Osteria Fernada. Every single dish that came out was well presented and very tasty. Service was also very attentive and explained the dishes very well.

10/10This was really special. It took some finding and is away from the established restaurant locations but DONT be put off as you will experience rare tastes and flavours . The best meal we had by a country mile !

8.5/10I loved the unassuming interior of this restaurant. The food was spectacular. The best and most creative I have had in a very long time (and I have been dining in three different 1-star Michelins alone that week). The wine was excellent. The service was extremely accommodating and friendly (but a little bit slow). If I'd live in Rome, I would send all my friends and come regularly.

9/10Surprisingly good! Not your traditional Italian restaurant, except perhaps for the noisy ambience and the warm attention by the staff. Their creative dishes are great reinterpretation of traditional fare, with a twist. Excellent presentation and a comprehensive wine list complete the experience. A great place!

8/10Some courses were great but others were too heavy. Overall hit or miss. If they can get all the courses to be as good as the cuddlefish and steak, this place would be amazing.

10/10This restaurant was a great place. We were greeted warmly by all and found all of the staff knowledgeable and helpful. Our group of 5 all did the six course tasting menu and asked the Sommelier to do wine pairings for us. We really enjoyed his selections as well as the food. Only downside, our dinner took a very long time overall 3+ hours. We would visit again.

10/10Situated in the more residential part of Rome it’s well worth the 15 min taxi ride (we stayed near Pantheon). Great service, friendly staff and excellent food. We chose the tasting menu and weren’t disappointed

10/10This is a great restaurant with a mission. Contemporary Italian style food with a very high quality level and finesse. We had the 4-course menu which was beyond my expectations in terms of size. Plenty of food and we loved it. Small appetizers here and there and you can see that the kitchen and staff really loves working with the concept. Very attentive staff with in-depth understanding of the wine list which by the way is very comprehensive with good quality wines. The is a highly recommendable restaurant that will not disappoint you.

10/10I don't know enough about food or dining experience to give a sophisticated or nuanced review for a place like this but I do know that I really enjoyed the food, and I think that's the main thing. We had the fish and seafood set menu and it was lovely - alongside it we were given additional 'finger foods' to try, a 'pre' dessert and sweets to accompany our coffee. Very big selection of wine, and when our choice wasn't available we were recommended something to our taste and it was perfect. Staff were also lovely, as well as the atmosphere inside. Hopefully a place I can return to at some point

2.5/10Very bad dinner, bad tasting food, bad service, beey noisy restaurant. Wprst dimmer in Rome. They charged all plates despite ee dis not touch the pasta and the artichokes. The chef welcome treat was disgusting

10/10Amazing food and wine! Loved the dishes and the atmosphere. The only no was the location, which is a bit far from the historic part of Trastevere. Otherwise everything perfect, will have lunch or dinner here again soon!

10/10Food was incredible- unique, smart and delicious. The price is very reasonable for food of this high quality- three dishes, drinks and dessert at 100 euros. Staff was very nice, the entire atmosphere was amazing- would definitely love to return someday :)

6/10We dined in this restaurant on a Sunday evening. The food was not up to this restaurants high reputation. The problem was not the conception of the dishes, but the execution. The food was just not prepared to a high level, and the flavors elicited for dishes such as sweetbreads and scallops was inadequate. I assume that the chef was not actually present in the restaurant, and that the kitchen was not adequately staffed. This is a typical Sunday evening problem. One additional complaint is that I ordered pigeon a la carte, and received only half a pigeon, a tiny portion. I assume that I was given a tasting menu portion rather than an a la carte portion. Normally an a Ia carte portion of pigeon, in my experience, is an entire pigeon. The service was good, but the recitation of the dishes was robotic. The description came so fast, and with so little inflection, that it was largely unintelligible.

10/10Wow, wow and wow. Went to Osteria Fernanda for lunch and got the 4 dishes menu. Zucchini tacos, red shrimp and aubergine pasta, beef and the desert were delicious and the whole atmosphere was delightful. Price was even better surprise….with bottle of bubbles and 2 more glasses of wine (red and desert), 170 euro.

9.5/10We had a great evening at Fernanda. Great wines accompanying dishes and flexible with chefs menu and allergies&diet wishes. Dinner was high of quality and meals were decently sized. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

10/10We decided last minute to try something out of the norm while in Rome. We found a table online really fast and the stuff welcomed us like they knew us for 10 years. We had the full tasting menu with a nice orange wine. There's nothing else to say other than our 10/10 review. Definitely worth it you should try it

3/10I ordered 3 dishes and had to wait for an hour and a half to receive 2 cold dishes only. Apparently there was a mix up with my order. I would usually understand this on a busy night but I was really disappointed because even after the wait, it wasn’t worth it at all. the beef and pigeon they served were so cold. The owner did not apologize, when I told him food was cold, he only responded with “I know”. This place looked promising from all the good reviews but turned out to be a waste of time and money. I do not recommend.

9/10Amazing setting and atmosphere, very competent staff. Great dishes with innovative touch and unexpected taste. Appetizers were delicious as the main course; dessert was fresh and inviting. Only downside was the credit card reader which was not working unless the card was contactless.. quite a hassle for the payment!

10/10A hidden gem that’s definitely worth seeking out. Tucked away in a quiet part of the city that’s a little off the beaten track, in an understated yet classy space. Osteria Fernanda serves delicious and original dishes. Great attention goes into every little detail, from the wonderful house bread to the complementary amuse-bouches and pre-desserts. All just as tasty as it is unexpected. A beautiful experience, I absolutely recommend it!
