This was a very special experience in Rome. We chose the 4 course menu, which included 3 more dessert tastings. Especially memorable were the pappardelle with with genovese Mangalica, and the duck. We would love to come back and have full size portions of these. The service was excellent, attentive and welcoming. The room is modern but cozy. We sat on the upper level near the kitchen window. Must try! Grazie Mille.

very ambitious menu with an elegance in good combination with what your eyes sees. We took the 10 course menu and found tha the risotto was a bit 'heavy'. The waiter could do a little better with the wine pairing. Lack of elegance with the menu

Looks good but I didn't feel the food was balanced as well. I felt like it was the kind of place which focusses a lot on presentation vs overall flavour. A lot of the courses were over or under seasoned.

The restaurant is well-appointed, though somewhat minimalistic, very clean, and spacious. Cooking is exceptionally good, well prepared, masterfully presented, with an excellent wine list which is well-priced and well-curated. The staff was super-attentive and helpful, even though their English was not always on par - they were trying extremely hard to please and help, well beyond what was asked. The restaurant is located far away and it takes time to get there but it is absolutely worth it. The quality of preparation, the technique, and the way food was presented is second to none. An absolutely fine establishment with a young and very talented staff to boot. Kudos! I see some stars in their future...

We were a group of five and all did the extended tasting menu. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very welcoming and the owner came to greet us several times during our meal. The food was spot on. You could taste every flavor in each dish. The only negative was the initial lag in service. We were seated for over 15 minutes before we were greeted at the table and it took another 30 minutes to get our bottle of wine. Some food had even been served by that point. But once service got going, it flowed seamlessly and every course was as delicious as the last.

Menu and the vision of the chefs was very hard to understand with the flavour and combination, flovour was very flat and boring.Service seem look a bit unorganised .

the menu was tasty, some courses too smokey for my personal taste. service felt unorganised and unmotivated compared to many other places in rome.

The food was very creative and carefully prepared, with plenty of small amuse-bouches, four different kinds of bread, and a nice wine list to choose from. However, the combination of ingredients did not please us. Perhaps it's a matter of personal taste; other people might enjoy it. My wife had pasta flavoured with green tea; she found that the green tea flavour was too strong. I had a meat course in which the combination of sauces did not please me either. The service was very good and you can see that the chef tries hard to be creative... but the end result was not to our taste.
