Amazing food and great service. It was farther away from the main piazzas, so it was less touristy. But it is smaller inside so a reservation is recommended. Very cute interior!

This intimate little osteria is a gem. Excellent service and beautiful decor. We had lunch here during our most recent visit to Verona. It was very pleasant. Reservations are recommended.

10/10Osteria I’ll Bertoldo was such a delightful surprise. Tucked away from all the hustle and bustle on the busy tourist streets it was a charming and delicious choice for a Sunday afternoon. Exceptional service by Enrico made the whole experience extra special for two Canadians with no Italian language abilities. The food was superb … we had some wonderful meals in Verona (including 3 star Michelin) but for overall experience this was every bit as enjoyable possibly more if you want old world elegance and cozy ambiance.

7/10What a disappointment it was. Yes the food was great but let's be honest, it's Italy; you can find great food under your bed. Our main issue is that we were kicked out before we were done with our meal because they "reserved our table" to someone else... Now let me be clear, we were not taking our time; it took more than 30 minutes after our arrival to get the appetizers. Then, as soon we finished the main course and we were ready to order dessert, an employee came to our table and basically asked us to leave. And know that we ordered expensive plate and one of the most expensive wine in the menu. It's not like we only ordered two coffee and stayed all evening. We had a reservation and no one told us at our arrival that the time was an issue. So we ended up chugging the remaining of our wine bottle and leave. I will never go back to this restaurant and I advice you to go somewhere else, to a place where you will feel welcome, not rush and respect as a client.

10/10A cost charming Osteria with excellent food. Service was efficient an friendly despite seeing only two staff members. The food was excellent and well prepared with the zucchini pie a light cloud of delightful surprise. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

10/10We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. I can only recommend this place ! I’ll definitely be coming back!

5.5/10The music was good the staff was doing their best and working hard. But. There was only one person for 6-7 tables. Naturally everything was very late and it was impossible to catch for a request. Plus the food was really expensive which could be okay if it worth it but really didnt that value.
