Very quaint spot that is off the main tourist areas that serves traditional foods - the pastas, meats and wines were all fantastic. It was served surprisingly fast, which made me nervous for a local restaurant in Italy, but I was not disappointed.

The restaurant was small and charming. The noise level was low and the music was appropriate, they were playing soft jazz. We were seated promptly and the table was clean with nice plates and a small light. The person who greeted us was less than friendly and I got a distinct anti English sort of vibe from her. Our main waitress was polite. The pasta was amazing and had a wonderful depth of flavor. We shared a steak and a sea bass after that which were not to our palate, the Italians seem to prefer more fishy tasting dishes and we didn’t get an answer about what the steak was other than regular meat. Language was a slight barrier. The meat tasted more like heart to me, but the sauces were excellent. The desserts were excellent and we rated the overall meal excellent other then the hostess who was very aloof even when waiting in our table.

One of our favorites so far! For the appetizer, we shared the Cappuccino Di Polipo (Octopus), which was fabulous. We also shared the Risotto All Amarone (highly recommended) and saved some to go with our main as it was a lot of food. We got the Guancialino Brasato Al Valpolicella (Braised Beef) for the main which was incredible… and so so tender! I also recommend the Amarone Il Maestro Fornaser (smaller producer with phenomenal wine). For dessert, we shared the Tiramisu which was light and very delicious! Excellent food and great service!

The location is quiet and calming, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We also loved how the restaurant is decorated, making it feel cozy. The food is delicious, making our whole experience a really good one. we went at 12:00 on a Monday.

A pretty restaurant with two lovely young women serving quite a lot of people. The restaurant obviously went from a fairly impressive wine list to a minimalist and barely serviceable wine list. The real issue was the food. The tagliatelle with white ragu and truffle was excellent. Tortino di spinachi, tortellid di zucca, bigoli con anatra were acceptable. The maialino was borderline too heavy and the guancialino was beyond too heavy. When all react with an immediate "too heavy", it's probably too heavy.

First of all, the service was excellent. Friendly, attentive and efficient. Plus the food was absolutely delicious, cooked to perfection. Special mention for the strawberry cheese cake! I can highly recommend this place but be sure to book, its very small.

Small local establishment in Verona Italy. Everything was outstanding, we couldn't have picked a better lunch spot in Verona.

What a fabulous little restaurant! We came here by chance 8 years ago and it’s still as wonderful as we remember! Delicious food - we had the Branzino (Sea bass), and then the chocolate dessert. The service is charming and the place has a lovely relaxing buzz and ambience.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and it was one of the best meals I had in my life. You have to try the Risotto al Amarone and pair it with a glass of Amarone wine. Truly one of a kind dish. The service and atmosphere were great. Do make a reservation as space is limited.
