10/10We were very happy to having booked Osteria Il Bertoldo for our Verona stay. We had a very pleasant meal in the great ambience, followed by perfect food and service. This has made our Easter family meal a true experience. Tiramisu has been a cherry on top. Would recommend absolutely if you are looking for a good restaurant at the very centre, yet in a quite ambience.

10/10Anita was terrific. She was so attentive to us. We are learning to speak Italian and she took the time to help us along as we tried to speak it. The food was outstanding and the restaurant is adorable. Yes, we would make this our go to place if we lived in Verona.

We were delighted to have our first dinner in Verona at this wonderful restaurant. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was warm, comfortable, and inviting. We also received great recommendations for dishes and drinks, which turned out to be absolutely exquisite—everything was delicious. We will definitely return here in the summer. Thank you so much!

10/10We selected Osteria il Bertoldo from a list in The Fork. Everything about the experience was fabulous. Our waiter made great menu and wine recommendations. We had a Lugana, very nice, with a meat and cheese plate, and my baccala tortelloni was super. The dining room was very comfortable; it is small, so best to make a reservation. This was one of the best meals we have ever had. Highly recommended.

10/10Excellent restaurant! Menu is well balanced and the food we choose was delicious and served in good portions. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable about the food they serve. Overall the price of the dinner we had with a good basic wine was very reasonable and worth the experience.

10/10The ambiance was perfect. It's such a cosy restaurant with mixed decor that works well together. The chandelier was so over top, and yet it was a great fit in the tiny restaurant. We wanted to share different dishes in order to taste as much as possible; the waiter was so nice about it, served our meals on separate plates and recommended the order in which we should eat the dishes - which worked brilliantly. The food was AMAZING! I will be dreaming about the gnocchi with truffle flakes for months. Absolutely delicious.
