We ate at this restaurant when we were last in San Casciano two years ago. At the time we said we would be back. Last night we went again, this time with our daughter and son-in-law. My wife had talked about the risotto since our last visit. So she ordered it again as did our daughter. Our daughter loves risotto and grades it whenever she has it. She said this was EXCELLENT. My son-in-law had the pasta with boar and I had the lasagna. We were both very pleased with our meals. They were delicious. One of the questions we always have when out is, “Would you order this again?” Tonight was a resounding YES! The staff were very friendly and checked on us often. Certainly this deserves the full 5-stars. If you are in the areas I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here.

We thought this was an excellent choice, I loved everything about this restaurant. The only thing we would suggest to the owners is have some dimmers on the lights inside, they were way too bright! Everything else about this place was absolutely perfect!

Food was excellent. We have some food restrictions. We don’t have pork and I follow gluten free diet. I had many options and the waitress did a great job in explaining the food suitable for us. The fireplace gave a nice warm atmosphere. Excellent service.

Amazing little nook of chianti. wonderful rolling hills in the background, amazingly nice staff, spectacular food at absolutely managable prices. It is tucked away off the side of the road, you would never know this paradise is here! I can't wait to come back!

Located very hidden in a garden, this beautiful tiny restaurant is very intimate. A bit surprised by the 80-ies rockmusic in the background, we studied the small menu list. Beautiful but expensive very typical local food. The portions are rather tiny. My ravioli had 4 pieces..(?) I had to eat cereals with milk back in the hotelroom. The meat of my husband was very good, but it came with just a handfull potatoes. Luckily they bring bread but I don’t eat out for the bread. For a family, not ideal. 100€ gone (no soft drinks/alcohol) and tummies not full.

Oh what a lovely place, the views and atmosphere is really nice. The food and service was excellent - it’s our favorite restaurant of the selection we have been too. Highly recommend visiting and reserving in advance - thank you for a really nice experience
