An exceptional culinary experience – refined, rooted, and truly memorable We had lunch at Nello and were genuinely impressed. This is modern Italian cuisine at its best – reimagined with creativity and finesse, yet deeply respectful of its roots. The two pasta dishes stood out in particular. The ravioli could easily be served in a three-star restaurant in Italy – and would receive standing ovations. Special praise also goes to the pâtisserie. The craftsmanship, the balance of flavours, and the elegance of textures were truly remarkable – a perfect conclusion to an outstanding meal. The setting is calm and understated, in a quiet village, with warm, attentive service and a kitchen that clearly masters both craft and vision. A rare combination in the region. We’ll definitely be back.

The creativity with the cigar dessert is amazing just when I was jaded for years and not seeing creativity this blew me away. Service was amazing. Very relaxing and causal and unpretentious. Thank you for a lovely evening.

From the time you were seated, you were treated to a fine experience. The waitress Julia was very attentive helping us with a wine selection and answered several questions about the menu. We were very interested in the 8 course chefs tasting. We costed it with a nice bottle of wine. Every course was exceptional from presentation to explanation to the layers of flavors. Our favorites were the spin of steak florentine with beef tartare and bone marrow and the wife’s dessert that was a take on the Negroni cocktail. I would highly recommend this restaurant especially if you want a food experience that will last for a long time.

Our visit to Nello was one of our culinary highlights during our trip back to italy this year. From the beginning to end it was food impeccably prepared, presented with a warm and excellent service. Each dish was unique and a celebration of flavors for the senses with a unique and playful presentation on the plate. Nello is certainly a standout and will long be fondly remembered. Thankyou!

we went the resturant secound day in a roll, since we realy loved it. Again- the food was great, well served and fresh. The service is professional but very frendly. The recomandation again is- go there and enjoy it!!

OMG! What a fantastic evening. New owners (Federico and Chiara) pour their hearts into making your dining experience truly exceptional and it shows. The restaurant decor is upscale, yet comfortable and inviting. The service is impeccable and only matched by the quality of the food. If you are looking for a Michelin star dining experience without the high prices you need to put Ristorante Nello at the top of you list. Highly recommend.
