6.5/10The food was delicious and our waiter was friendly and helpful. It is a very pretty restaurant too but there are only has a few tables which are all close together. It was hard to talk with others so close and a group behind us. There were a lot of waiting staff constantly walking backwards and forwards and going out the front door which made it rather chilly and far from relaxing. We had a starter and a main course and were in and out in 45 mins. The table next to us just came for desserts and it didn't really feel like a night out. Such a shame in view of all the positives.

4.5/10Despite having made a reservation for 13.00hs, our table wasn’t ready until over 40 minutes later. Food wasn’t all that great either, Pici alla carbonara sauce was curdled. Place was cute but drafty.

8/10The food was excellent. The atmosphere would have been good if our table hadn’t been placed like it was added to accommodate more guests. People coming in had to squeeze past us as well as the wait staff. This did not make for an enjoyable dining experience. Our waiter seemed to be having a bad day or a little overwhelmed, so he didn’t interact with us much other than to take the order and bring the food with no verbal interaction. We reserve the right to try again since it may have been an off night for atmosphere and service.

8.5/10I really liked the decoration of the place, the service of the staff is friendly and good, the food did not take long, and it tasted good, what I did not like was the bread to accompany it, it was very dry and lacking flavor.

10/10It’s a very cute Osteria, intimate setting and great service. Food was phenomenal. My husband and I both had pastas. He said the gnocchi was like eating soft pillow clouds. I had a tagliatelle with boar ragu and burrata. Everything was amazing. Family run restaurant with a lot of charm. Highly recommend.

10/10This was an amazing experience. This is a small intimate place. The food is amazing and the service is exceptional. We had the Beef Tartar, the Veal scaloppini, Ossobuco, and the creme brulee.... all was 5 stars. Enjoy!

10/10Had to wait 15 mins after our booking time however enjoyed a couple of glasses of Prosecco on the house , many couples enjoyed this as was very busy and not a problem for us to wait The local fillet steak was probably the best I have had and excellent value Local wine , 6 euro,also good and the service , friendly too. Would highly recommend Can’t compare to others as this was our first night but stood up to the reviews on Trip Advisor

10/10Food was sublime. Chicken parmigiana was absolutely delicious, the chicken plump and juicy and melt in your mouth. maybe a bit salty, but still delicious. The pasta with wild boar sauce was equally wonderful. Very attentive and friendly service. The restaurant was crowded (we were glad we had made a booking) but somehow remained quiet. All in all a great dining experience.

10/10Fabulous food 🥘 (you really MUST try the gnocchi with Gorgonzola & walnuts. It’s simply Devine 😍). The service was excellent and also the atmosphere. Would I go back? 100% YES!! 🙌

8/10Food was decent and host was very nice. However I was essentially ignored by my server for the first half of my visit although he was very attentive to the couple next to me. Once I ordered a significant amount of food, he was a bit more attentive, I’m not sure why. This happens a lot as a solo diner but was particularly pronounced here.

10/10Service was great - Francesco was a great server. Very attentive and anticipated our every need and gave the best recommendations. What an amazing way to kick off our first meal in Florence let alone our first trip to Italy. Saw a lot of young couples, single diners, and small to large families with babies or children - and they all looked very comfortable and well taken care of.

2/10We reserved a table for our first night in Florence, as it seemed like a good choice based on the reviews. Unfortunately, our experience quickly deteriorated. We were seated close to the cash register/bar and felt extremely uncomfortable because two servers kept bumping into us. One server was quite large, and the other was very slim. Neither of them was serving our table, but they bumped into my husband about four times. It became so ridiculous that we had to move our table several times to give them enough space to move around without bumping into us. I had a glass of Pinot Grigio, and my husband had a Limoncello Spritz, both of which were just okay. I ordered the cacio e pepe pasta dish and we shared a tiramisu. Unfortunately, later that evening, I experienced severe stomach pain and vomited. Needless to say, I was out of commission for our Duomo tour the next morning. I would avoid this place. Thankfully, we found better restaurants.

10/10We were greeted with complimentary wine as we waited for our seats, setting the tone for an amazing evening. The service was impeccable—truly 10/10! We ordered a 2kg steak, and it was cooked to perfection. The restaurant even accommodated my wife's request to have a few pieces cooked medium, which was a nice touch. One of the highlights was the Polaroid picture we received as a memento, along with a fun selfie with one of the beautifully dry-aged sides of beef. I wish I could remember our waitress's name because she was absolutely fantastic. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we can't wait to return!!
