8.5/10Service was great although a little slow. Had a main course (duck) which could have used a little side dish of some sort (mainly meat and a piece of vegetable. Not vegetarian friendly as described, but made a dish work for a vegetarian.

8/10During our recent visit, we appreciated the restaurant’s creative approach to plating its main dishes. However, the execution left something to be desired. My wife’s lamb was artfully arranged into a perfect ingot, yet the ingot was an assembly of smaller pieces and it seemed that it had been precooked and then reheated before serving, which compromised the lamb's texture and taste. Similarly, I ordered scallops that were finely chopped into a mousse; while this innovative twist was interesting, it ultimately diminished the distinct character and flavor of whole scallops. On a brighter note, the first courses and desserts caught our attention with their appealing flavors and thoughtful presentation.

Amazing - authentic Italian cuisine - spent a long time researching on where to spend our 1 night in Pisa - didn’t disappoint. Food sourced locally - menu changes every 3 days dependant on what produce can be sourced. Service brilliant wine paired with food perfectly. If looking for somewhere that is more than just a tourist spot this is the place.

10/10periodical appointment. as soon as i can i have a dinner here. overall my favorite restaurant in pisa. how could i not suggest it? ( maybe on the expensive side - so not for students but it’s the best restaurant i know in pisa anyway )
