트러플 안심스테이크 진짜 맛있어요. 직원분도 친절하시고 서비스도 훌륭해요..스테이크 먹으러 재방문하고 싶네요 Truffle tenderloin steak is really delicious. The staff is kind and the service is excellent. I want to revisit to eat steak.

During a recent short break to Florence, Osteria Nolarium was the last night and definitely was the best by far. Excellent service, food and wine, a lovely cosy place and great value for money.

We enjoyed the meal, but it was hard to find and we went past it at least twice, before we realised. Definitely a hidden gem in Florence.

+1Nolarium Osteria in Florence was an unforgettable dining experience. The elegant yet modern ambiance, spotless interior, and warm atmosphere made it feel special from the moment we arrived. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — from the Gran Tagliere della Casa with its incredible mix of meats, cheeses, and crostini, to the tender veal shank, the rich tortelli mugellani with pecorino and truffle, and the comforting eggplant parmesan. We finished with a heavenly tiramisu that was the perfect finale. But the true star of the night was Elton, our server — professional, funny, and genuinely passionate about ensuring we had the perfect meal. His service elevated the entire experience. Exceptional food, top-tier service, and unbeatable value — Nolarium is a must-visit in Florence!

+1The ambience and service were excellent, but it was the food that truly made the experience memorable. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana, ricotta and spinach ravioli, and spaghetti alla carrettiera — all of which were delicious. The carrettiera, in particular, was the best I’ve ever had. We also tried their desserts, which was outstanding. Highly recommend this place for an exceptional dining experience.

Excellent regional cuisine hidden in a quiet setting just steps away from the tourist insanity around il Duomo. Had the caccio e pepe and the lasagna, both perfect! Would efinitely return to sample other dishes.

The food here is outstanding. The seafood risotto was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. If you are nearby and looking for a place with both excellent food and genuinely warm service, this is the spot. Make a reservation and stop in—you won’t be disappointed.

I am not hungry to have dinner, so I ordered a mixed salad. It is very delicious and fresh! My daughter ordered spaghetti with tomato, and it is great also!

+1The meal was amazing! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Not only was the food great but the service was so much fun! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We even got to joke around and have some playful banter. It is my husband and I’s honeymoon and this was a perfect dinner to be part of our trip. Would definitely come back!

Genuinely do not understand why this resturaunt has high ratings. The location is nice, but I cannot reccomend a single item on the menu. Irregardless of the price, the food itself is mostly bland and it makes me feel like the kitchen does not know how to use salt. The fillet was completely unseasoned and was cooked medium on average? The first inch or so was cooked well done and gray, but was rare on the center. The pasta reminded us more of America than Italy. The salad was confusing. basically arugula, toppings, three sardines and no dressing.

Food was good, not the best and not the worst in Florence I have had. The atmosphere of partically down an alley was a bit private, but a person came down the alley on a bike blasting music. I guess it could happen anywhere but did make the experience not as good as it could have been.

Food was great, it was on a calmer street, away from the noisy touristy places and yet nearby some of the most visited attractions in Florence. Staff was amazing and sevice was fast.
