Genuinely do not understand why this resturaunt has high ratings. The location is nice, but I cannot reccomend a single item on the menu. Irregardless of the price, the food itself is mostly bland and it makes me feel like the kitchen does not know how to use salt. The fillet was completely unseasoned and was cooked medium on average? The first inch or so was cooked well done and gray, but was rare on the center. The pasta reminded us more of America than Italy. The salad was confusing. basically arugula, toppings, three sardines and no dressing.

Food was good, not the best and not the worst in Florence I have had. The atmosphere of partically down an alley was a bit private, but a person came down the alley on a bike blasting music. I guess it could happen anywhere but did make the experience not as good as it could have been.

10/10Food was great, it was on a calmer street, away from the noisy touristy places and yet nearby some of the most visited attractions in Florence. Staff was amazing and sevice was fast.

Our dinner was fantastic! The food was prepared exactly as we ordered and was delicious. Our waiter was cheerful and attentive. It was our best meal so far in Italy.

7.5/10Lovely setting. I went early because I needed an early night and so was the only diner in the restaurant to begin with. Was in the mood for risotto so ordered risotto with porcini mushrooms but was disappointed with the taste - the mushrooms were bland and the dish overall wasn’t as good as what I have made at home in the past. On the other hand the grilled vegetables were good.

+1We enjoyed a lovely dinner at the charming Osteria La Dolce Vita. The food was wonderful- our dishes were the Ossobucco, wild boar, and the tagliatelle with cinta ragu (from Sienna). We loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent.

10/10Our favorite meal in Italy so far! Started with the calamari which was light, delicious, and flavorful. I ordered the tortelli with truffles which was fantastic! My husband got the florentine steak which was also very good. Our server Elton was excellent and made good recommendations. Great experience overall and 50% off through the Fork made it very affordable as well!

9/10Our evening here was wonderful! We started with Caprese salad and fried squid. The tomatoes could have been more ripe so not much flavour from them. The fried squid was wonderful! Cooked perfectly! The coating on the squid was light, not greasy, crunchy and the cook on the squid was excellent! Next we had hand rolled pici alla carbonara and the osso bucco. The osso bucco was incredible!! It was like butter, and the sauce…wow!!! The pici was disappointing…it was very clearly not hand rolled and the sauce was split so there was a fair bit of extra butter at the bottom of the dish. We had a crème caramel for dessert which was average. The Chianti Classico Reserva was crazy delicious! The service was top notch and the atmosphere was amazing!

너무 맛있게 잘 먹었습니다❤️ This is where I found out while looking for a restaurant because I wanted to eat T-bone steak! The taste and service are all good! I'm very satisfied that it's the best cost-effectiveness! If i visit Firenze again, It's a best place to go.

10/10The food was delicious. It seems it is still new because it wasn't crowded but if you have the chance, please visit this place. The food is amazing and the service too. One thing that was really cool is that they give you bistecca fiorentina on a hot pan, so the steak never gets cold. This is amazing and wished more places did this.
