7.5/10went there in june 25 (conveniently forgot my 50% FORK discount)- assumed honest mistake, went back jun 28, argued over 20% FORK discount ( owner who could speak english fluently seemed to forget how to speak english ) ....pretty disappointing ...food good, service ok, business ethics seem to be a problem

5.5/10At arrival we mentioned we had booked through The Fork. We were shown to our table by a waiter who seemed unfriendly. We order a starter and main and mentioned again we had booked via The Fork and should receive a 50% discount. I enjoyed both my choices but my daughter didn't - personal taste. All cooked well. Our waiter let our experience down. When the bill arrived they had charged us full price. We did eventually pay the discounted amount.

10/10This is a lovely restaurant in Testaccio with great ambience, it is bright and clean, and has a courteous owner and staff. A shout-out to the kitchen crew force the excellent and abundant meal prepared!

5.5/10We were a group of 6 and were left in a corner with no attention from the staff. We spent 30 minutes seated with no drinks or bread, waiting for our orders to be taken. When the food eventually arrived, it was of good quality but not adequately cooked (clucky pasta, blend sauces). We were probably unlucky on the evening but we felt the need to leave after more than 2 hours, which is how long it took us to get through a simple appetiser and pasta dish.

7/10The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes at good prices. The food was delicious, and the waiter who served us was extremely attentive and kind, which made the experience better. However, the kitchen service was quite slow; we had to wait over an hour for our food. It is important to make a reservation in advance since it is a very popular place, and they do not serve customers without one. If they improve the wait times, it would definitely be a perfect option.

Everything was great! The food, ambience and service were delightful.. The staff were all very polite and welcoming.. Alex who took our order was very helpful, provided his recommendations and regularly checked with us if we needed anything.

Senza infamia e senza lode. Rome offers way better food for the same prices. Food was not memorable. Service was fast and nice, but I wouldn’t go back another time. Also I was supposed to get 20% off through The Fork but I did the math and the discount was just 12%?!

10/10We were welcomed like family to this wonderful restaurant in a quiet side street in the Trastevere a short walk from our hotel. Very local experience surrounded by Italian families. We dined al fresco in covered patio in front of restaurant. The food was delicious and lovingly prepared and the service was great!
