The ambiance was superb. Waiters were exceptional. We had the steak florentine, was delicious. The owner gave us a bottle of their wine to take away. It was awesome!

10/10This place is great! Ambience, service and especially the food. The ravioli w spinach and truffles was delicious as was the veal chop. All cooked to perfection. Special kudos to the manager/owner (not sure) who was super generous and friendly! Highly recommend.

It was our last evening in Florence and we wanted to have Florentine steak once more. We couldn’t have chosen a more comfortable and delicious restaurant. The table location, the waiters, serious about the food, but understanding our sense of humor, and the quality of the food all made for a relaxed and memorable evening. Grazie Mille.

6/10Booking this place days in advanced on our holiday the experience was underwhelming. We had a higher expectation for the Florentine steak. The meat was quite chewy. The service was a little slow and the staff looked under pressure.

10/10We had a fabulous experience. The ambiance is cozy, charming and romantic. The waiter came over, greeted us and carefully walked us thru the menu and gauged how hungry we were and what we were in the mood for. For our appetizer we had their Burrata on a bed of vegetables with just the right amount of olive oil and balsamic…the best was the shaved truffles. Everything was great but the shaved truffles made it perfect. We shared the Wild Boar Pappardelle which paired so well with the Chianti Gran Selccione “Oro”. Amazing how the wine pares with the right food. We then shared a Filet and once again learned of the impact of drizzled Olive Oil but what made it so delicious was the salt we were able to sprinkle on the meat. A truly perfect dinner and love how we were able to enjoy everything without feeling rushed. As we were leaving the owner gave my wife a bottle of wine which we then enjoyed in our hotel room. Perfection is the only word I can use to describe our experience!

It was our 20 year anniversary and we picked this restaurant for our last meal in Florence. Amazing ambience and service, you feel right at home with the big welcome. The food was spectacular. We had a bottle of wine, salad w radicchio, lettuce, pecorino, walnuts and olives. Delicious. We had florentine steak for our main along with the pumpkin risotto with cod and pistachios which as to be the best I’ve ever had. They acknowledged our anniversary with lemon cello shots and just the most memorable night. We will be back in a heartbeat if we ever return to Florence. Thank you so much.

10/10Food was utterly superb. We stayed late at chatted with staff, shared a cigarette and the owner even handed me a bottle of wine for my birthday. Had the best time here and won’t soon forget it. Excellent place.

Our first impression was all about the restaurant itself. So cute! Loved the decor! The wait staff was awesome. So attentive and personable. And then came the food! OMGosh SO good. Definitely have the burrata starter! And definitely finish w the Tirimisu!

10/10We arrived late but called ahead to inform them we took a wrong turn. They were nice about it and sat us 20 minutes after 10pm. They treated the birthday girl like a super star. Sang to her in Italian and even gave her a bottle of their private label collection as a parting gift. The food was good.
