We were looking for a delicious Italian lunch meal in an unpretentious and warm place. And we absolutely loved their service, especially Tanvir's table service. Everyone was smiling, accomodating and friendly The food was amazing especially as we are vegetarians. Do try the Mezzelune. Also, their Ruffino Riserva Chianti Classico 2022, went so well with the food!

This was a lovely restaurant with fantastic food. There wasn't a bad dish at the table. I will say, this was one of the best Florentine steaks I have ever had. It was prepared perfectly and it was amazing with how they served it with just a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. AMAZING!! Would definitely go back next time we are in Florence.

Excellent Tuscan restaurant which I booked online. Staff were very welcoming and helpful with the menu. Food and wine were superb. Well worth the effect to visit. Highly recommended.

The place is warm, cozy and perfect for a nice dinner or lunch. The waiters were very friendly and polite and the food really tasty and fairly priced for the food quality. We felt like home. I loved it, completely recommend this place, especially if you want to scape a bit from the tourists area and eat in a more quite place.

The ambiance, the food, and the service were exceptional. Our waiter, Tan, was an excellent server. He offered to take a photo. He helped us with menu recommendations. We recommend this Osteria!

Absolutely delicious food, great service, only thing was they were out of tiramisu by 14:00. However that led me to get the best lava cake I have ever eaten, so I cannot even complain.

The staff attention to your needs and friendly approach all evening, not to mention the delicious food with a very varied menu to suit all tastes. We have booked again for tonight! Loved it.

Brisk, efficient service, plus you pay on the way out so don't have to wait around for the bill. Good food, pleasant atmosphere, welcoming host. I'll happily eat here again.
