Excellent and authentic osteria in the Piacenza Apennines: among the starters, the highlights are the light and freshly fried torta fritta, served warm in parchment paper to accompany local cured meats and cold cuts, and the outstanding Gutturnio reduction and pear mustard that perfectly complement the cheeses. The traditional Piacenza-style first and second courses are prepared with simplicity and served in very generous portions. Among the desserts, don’t miss the Torta delle Rose with mascarpone cream—simply delightful. The service is friendly and efficient, the premises are impeccably clean and welcoming, and the view of the Arda Valley is breathtaking. Note: next to the main dining room, there is a smaller, more private room with a fireplace and a cozy atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Marco.”

We have come here a number of times and have always enjoyed our meals. Our friend Marilena came for the first time and really enjoyed it. We all agreed it's great to have such a wonderful restaurant on our doorstep. It was long awaited and has made a difference to our time here. Thanks Lucian, graziella, Ornella and all staff. Very charming place with a story of tradition and love for the territory. Food is well presented and very tasty. Receipes of the tradition with a contemporary twist if you are looking for something different from the usual local trattorie.
