9/10While Osteriva delivered on food, presentation, service and ambiance we must point out that their new pet policy makes a return for us questionable. After several visits during which our small and well behaved dog was never an issue (in fact, the staff know and even adore it), we have been informed that dogs cannot be allowed into the restaurant in the future. We would like to petition against this policy and ask management to rethink it. Thank you taking this petition into consideration.

8.5/10Food was nice, a bit on the pricey end. Friendly service, My Fork Discount was unfortunately missed and I did not see it early enough. Would come back.

9/10We were a little late for our reservation due to travel delays, but the kitchen had a few minutes left open and they graciously let us stay. Delicious food, we had the shrimp and citrus risotto and basil spaghetti.

7/10A pretty restaurant that sufferers from lack of staff. We waited for 10 min to be seated (there was no hostess, and one of the waiter had to greet us; he was sweet but could not find our reservation). It took 30 min to get our order in; finally the first course arrived an hour after we got seated. The bread service came the same time with the first course. The olive oil bottle was empty. Just a few little details that could have turned things around after a rough start. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. The staff was in such a rush to serve everyone that nobody explained to us the dishes nor did anyone came by the table to refill our glasses or ask if we need anything else. We didn’t order dessert or more drinks for fear of waiting another half an hour or so.

10/10Cozy restaurant and food was delicious. Restaurant is situated in the Hyatt hotel. Even got 20% discount on the food thanks to booking via TheFork. Personnel was very friendly.

10/10Went for an evening meal, ambiance was lovely , service was prompt and friendly, food quality was amazing, everything tasted fantastic, we had four different main courses and everyone loved theirs . The Bavarian cake dessert was one of the best I’ve had in a long time… really great restaurant find in Murano. Will definitely eat here again !
