Food was excellent. Service was really. Closes on 2 nights . You can eat in the café bar but space is limited though the food is good. It was too cold to eat outside. The garden room could have been used instead.

The food was creative and well presented. The pasta course was excellent. The main course took a very long time and was served cold. When we were finally able to get someone's attention it was taken away, re-heated and re-presented warmer. We could not get anyone's attention to order another glass of wine. We had dined here before and expected a better experience. The evening was disappointing and we may not be back.

Unfortunately, during the evening, the restaurant was particularly full, and despite our best efforts to maintain fast and high-quality service, this inevitably caused some delays. Regarding the wine refill, we apologize for not responding promptly to your request, though we did ensure another glass was brought to you as soon as possible. We take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to improve certain aspects of our service, so that similar situations do not occur in the future. We sincerely hope that, despite this experience, you will give us another chance in the future.

Food was great. Highly recommend. Service was below par for a such a nice establishment. One good server but the other server just made a great night not so pleasant. Maybe she was having a bad night.

Over priced for what is served. The is good, but tiny portions

Several wines were sold out including all the reasonably priced prosecco. The food was good but not great. Service was friendly but not the fastest.

The food was delicious and the service we received from Alessia (not sure of the spelling, sorry) and the rest of the staff was amazing! She was so very professional and catered to our every want and wish! Definitely try the pesce del giorno, which was sea bass on our visit, it was beautifully prepared and presented! You have to ask for the bread with smoked, whipped butter...chef's kiss! Thank you, Osteriva, for making our dinner one of our most memorable while in Italy!

While Osteriva delivered on food, presentation, service and ambiance we must point out that their new pet policy makes a return for us questionable. After several visits during which our small and well behaved dog was never an issue (in fact, the staff know and even adore it), we have been informed that dogs cannot be allowed into the restaurant in the future. We would like to petition against this policy and ask management to rethink it. Thank you taking this petition into consideration.

Food was nice, a bit on the pricey end. Friendly service, My Fork Discount was unfortunately missed and I did not see it early enough. Would come back.

We were a little late for our reservation due to travel delays, but the kitchen had a few minutes left open and they graciously let us stay. Delicious food, we had the shrimp and citrus risotto and basil spaghetti.

A pretty restaurant that sufferers from lack of staff. We waited for 10 min to be seated (there was no hostess, and one of the waiter had to greet us; he was sweet but could not find our reservation). It took 30 min to get our order in; finally the first course arrived an hour after we got seated. The bread service came the same time with the first course. The olive oil bottle was empty. Just a few little details that could have turned things around after a rough start. The food was good, nothing extraordinary. The staff was in such a rush to serve everyone that nobody explained to us the dishes nor did anyone came by the table to refill our glasses or ask if we need anything else. We didn’t order dessert or more drinks for fear of waiting another half an hour or so.

We had booked dinner for 9pm due to a late flight. The staff were fabulous and so helpful. The food was delicious especially the langoustine. I would recommend

We had a party of 8 . When we arrived we were seated on time. Salmon and vegetables dish and veal liver were excellent! The service was superb! Highly recommended restaurant!

Cozy restaurant and food was delicious. Restaurant is situated in the Hyatt hotel. Even got 20% discount on the food thanks to booking via TheFork. Personnel was very friendly.

Went for an evening meal, ambiance was lovely , service was prompt and friendly, food quality was amazing, everything tasted fantastic, we had four different main courses and everyone loved theirs . The Bavarian cake dessert was one of the best I’ve had in a long time… really great restaurant find in Murano. Will definitely eat here again !
