6/10The food was creative and well presented. The pasta course was excellent. The main course took a very long time and was served cold. When we were finally able to get someone's attention it was taken away, re-heated and re-presented warmer. We could not get anyone's attention to order another glass of wine. We had dined here before and expected a better experience. The evening was disappointing and we may not be back.

We are very sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the wait and for the fact that the main course was served cold. Unfortunately, during the evening, the restaurant was particularly full, and despite our best efforts to maintain fast and high-quality service, this inevitably caused some delays. Regarding the wine refill, we apologize for not responding promptly to your request, though we did ensure another glass was brought to you as soon as possible. We take your feedback seriously and will use it as an opportunity to improve certain aspects of our service, so that similar situations do not occur in the future. We sincerely hope that, despite this experience, you will give us another chance in the future.

Food was great. Highly recommend. Service was below par for a such a nice establishment. One good server but the other server just made a great night not so pleasant. Maybe she was having a bad night.

The food was delicious and the service we received from Alessia (not sure of the spelling, sorry) and the rest of the staff was amazing! She was so very professional and catered to our every want and wish! Definitely try the pesce del giorno, which was sea bass on our visit, it was beautifully prepared and presented! You have to ask for the bread with smoked, whipped butter...chef's kiss! Thank you, Osteriva, for making our dinner one of our most memorable while in Italy!

9/10While Osteriva delivered on food, presentation, service and ambiance we must point out that their new pet policy makes a return for us questionable. After several visits during which our small and well behaved dog was never an issue (in fact, the staff know and even adore it), we have been informed that dogs cannot be allowed into the restaurant in the future. We would like to petition against this policy and ask management to rethink it. Thank you taking this petition into consideration.
