This is an authentic Roman trattoria in the heart of Trastevere. The food was excellent, but we especially appreciated the service provided by the young lady who looked after us—she was very kind and friendly. Reservations are recommended.

Firstly big thanks to senior Rifat, the service that was made is outstanding, also the recommendation that been given was absolutely super , Every thing was amazing and delicious and phenomenal, the original pasta choices were made perfectly Definitely we will come again and again

The food and drink were extremely tasty. The staff was warm and welcoming. The prices were quite reasonable. Memorable experience.

The servers were working very hard. The food was fine. I've had better Italian food in America, if you want my most honest opinion. My daughter's gnocchi with tomato sauce tasted like jarred sauce from the grocery store. Not worth lining up for.

We were a party of four. The salads were very fresh and tasty. Two had lasagna and loved it. One person had lamb; it was a bit under seasoned. The beef was very tasty and cooked nicely but tough.

The food was decent but not great. Service was extremely slow and space was very cramped and too warm to be pleasant. From the great reviews we expected more.

My wife and I shared a salad, the ravioli, and the oxtail, all of which was delicious, especially the oxtail. The house wine was excellent. Service by Stefano (and Claudia I think) were excellent. Best food we have had in Rome thus far. Highly recommended.

This was the best restaurant we visited during our time in Rome, the pasta dishes we had were incredible especially the lasagna. Absolutely unreal food and atmosphere

Okay guys, I know there is no bad food in Rome😄, but this restaurant have my heart for a long time! Pastas are not very sausy, pizza to die for, I would highly recommend Tiramisu and Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe also just fabulous. Always great to stop by for a casual dinner! Also service was really attentive, they gave me best table ! Area is buzzing as well for aperitivo and strolls and small food speciality shopping! Definitely will be back!

We were really lucky to find Otello. We were able to book from home for a large group, and they were very accommodating to us. However, that was only the start of the experience. The real star is the food, hands down one of the best we had in our trip to Rome. One of the benefits of being a large group is that there is a lot of different plates and were able to try a few. I really enjoyed the carbonara, the roasted lamb and the artichokes. The service was top notch and the wine recommendations on point (grazie Elga).

Carbonara was one of the best I've had. Bread was offered upon taking of orders. I should have asked for how much because I assumed it's for free. I was later got served foccacia for a charge of €6.

This is a popular restaurant in Trastevere. It’s tucked with narrow snaky lanes filled with activity and people. The restaurant itself is large, but only the main floor was being used the night we were there. We made reservations for 7pm on a Thursday. Or too crowded when we arrived, but when we left there was a line out the door. I thought the tables were a bit crowded together. Service and food were good—typical Roman dishes but nicely done. Be aware that the bathrooms are downstairs and they are a bit steep—may make a difference for the mobility impaired.

Carbonara Pasta very Al dente and the pizza not so tasteful..

The rigattoni carbonara was so Al dente you couldn’t digest .. and the pizza was nothing special. We believed it would be a much better experience. Thank you

Sadly, it's just not a good spot anymore. The food is nothing special, the hostess was nice, but the waiter was kind of short with us. We went there four years ago, and it was a great, local place, but now it's just a tourist trap.
