10/10Really good service and the food was really good traditional Roman specialities Loved the atmosphere and the waiters were really friendly and helpful. One of our guests had a food allergy and the really ensured that the food was appropriate but still amazingly good.

8.5/10The wait staff was amazing. They were attentive and efficient. The food was good and we enjoyed it. Didn't love sitting so closely to other parties but that's just a personal preference thing. It was an overall wonderful experience.

10/10Great experience for dinner at Otello. Food and service were both excellent and a great value. Very nice setting in quiet location away from jammed packed scene of area "tourist" restaurants. Normally I don't tip in Europe for average/good service but our server Alex was way beyond average and earned a tip. He made our evening a special experience. Would absolutely return.

10/10We received a very warm welcome by a waitress who gave my daughter a lollipop when we arrived, and the service was great throughout the evening. We were a large group of 9 including 3 kids but they never made it a problem about us having toddlers in, which was a refreshing experience. The oxtail dish was particularly great, and we found the portions very generous. Would recommend to all our friends visiting Rome and Trastevere!

10/10Lovely pizzas, great and friendly service. Lovely atmosphere eating outside. Inside was offered but we preferred the lively Trastevere street.

10/10The best Lasagna we had over the whole week in Rome. House wine was really good and the whole experience was great. We would definitely return to this restaurant serving delicious authentic Italian cuisine.

8/10Great food! We ordered fried artichoke and caprese for antipasti, lasagna for first course, oxtail for second course and ended with tiramisu. An explosion of flavors.
