10/10We enjoyed a very nice lunch in the garden. It is a bit pricey, but the food and service were very good. We had the Niçoise salad and the special of the day: pasta with clams. Portions were plentiful.

5.5/10The service was good and they applied our discount without any problems. But for the price of the food it was not worth it. The food was fine but it was underwhelming. It would have been 140 euros for a ok meal, thankfully we had a 50% off.

10/10We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. Our servers were friendly, efficient, and informative - they helped us decide on wines (main course and dessert) and made sure that our dietary needs were properly handled. The food was delicious, starting with the bread (which has generally been a disappointment on this trip) and continuing through the salmon starter, the mains (branzino and beef tagliate), and our digestive and dessert. The wine was very good (we took half of the bottle back to our AirBnB for tomorrow!), too. The restaurant honored the 50% Fork discount without any prompting; of course, it only applied to food, not drinks, so I'm sure they came out OK on the deal. :-) I'd go back without hesitation.

5.5/10I had this restaurant on my favourites for a few months due to the high ratings. Was really looking forward to this evening. The ala carte menu had about 4-5 choices per section. It was okayyyy nothing there screamed out. I had the fish and they were out of sea bass but had a replacement. It was truly disappointing. It wasn’t very nice, was heavy to go with the sauce and chewy. Overall disappointing evening for the food. The starters were nothing to shout about too. Dessert was their saving grace and the 50% off from Fork’s promo month.

5/10We were very disappointed with the food! I ordered the sea bream and it came with potatoes that were so undercooked and absolutely tasteless! It was so bland and my husband’s pasta was flavorless and dry. Overall it was not a good food experience 😔

9.5/10It was very quiet when we ate at 7.30 hence the very welcome hefty discount. The staff were very friendly and communicative and our food was served in good time and was delicious although not overly complex. Very pleasant experience overall.

10/10Located in a beautiful 4* hotel. We sat on the patio near the pool which was lovely. The food is good and the staff is very nice, especially the lady Maitre d’Hotel. Would come back again for sure next time when in Florence.

2/10Food seemed to be frozen food that was reheated. Inedible. Staff was great. Would never recommend this restaurant. We’ve had so many amazing meals in Florence and can’t believe how awful the food was. We booked this hotel to have a calm evening and ending a long trip and my friend and I were celebrating our 60th birthdays and thought this would be an amazing experience with the spa and a quite quality experience. Instead we had a stressful terrible experience. The hotel website is very deceiving as we thought this was a very nice spa and boutique hotel. Spa was very lacing as well. We paid for massages and the facilities were mediocre at best. Sad to end my first trip to Florence on such a negative note. The past 10 days here were amazing definitely would never recommend this hotel or restaurant ever!

5.5/10After a long day sightseeing for 12 hours on a bus we decided to try the restaurant at this hotel because we are staying there and it was convenient. This hotel is really nice and decorated well so the ambience I cannot fault. We arrived in the restaurant and found no staff to seat us. After standing around for 5-10 minutes a young waitress came out from the kitchen and she offered us a table inside or outside. She asked if we would like water and that arrived very quickly. She then brought the wine and food menus. She seemed to forget that we existed after this because she was in a long conversation with a couple on the next table. She also went outside to deal with other diners and continued to go in and out of the kitchen. After about 20 minutes I tried to get her attention. Then she snapped at me to wait a few minutes. We ordered salmon tartare to start and that took 30 minutes for it to arrive. The second course was Roll of Chicken for my wife and Sirloin Steak for myself. Another 20 minute wait after finished the starter and when the dishes arrived they where very disappointing. I had asked for my steak to be medium cooked. It arrived very raw on the inside. My wife’s chicken was very dry. I found that the waitress was dealing with several people at the till in the next room . I waited several minutes for her to deal with other customers and then told her about my steak. She apologised and took it away. Ten minutes later she returned with the steak and potatoes but there was now no sauce on the plate which should have been a wine reduction. I again alerted her to this and she took it away again and five minutes later returned with the plate of steak and potatoes plus sauce. By now the food was getting cold. I ate the food and I payed for it and left very dissatisfied.

9/10This is a lovely place, when you walk in from the crowded street, it's as if you walk into another world. Food is good, ambiance and services are excellent. All amenities are high qualities.

2/10We showed up at the restaurant at the booked time. Was greeted by a lady at reception who said we had to wait a bit. When we waited for 15 minutes without response, the patience was over. We went. Lousy service. Nor did it seem to be anything special about people there and those who worked there seemed to have some fun. Not good!
