7/10The main dishes of food were good, the bread served was old had a stale taste. The 1 server was overwhelmed by the amount of people she was serving. The discount offered during the Fork Festival was honored and the dinner for the price paid was worth it, had I had to pay full price I would’ve been not happy.

10/10We stopped at this hotel just for dinner and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The service was attentive from the start, and the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The food was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Even though we weren’t staying overnight, the atmosphere was so comfortable that it felt like home. A place definitely worth recommending.

4/10The food reviews on the website are outdated and are no longer on the menu, the current menu has maybe 15 things total and that’s being generous. The taste is soso and with few options, service was okay. The location is part of a hotel and not an actual restaurant making it difficult to find. Not recommended.

2/10I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible—slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. The food was even worse. The so-called “Italian pasta” had nothing to do with real Italian cuisine; it tasted like a cheap, pre-packaged meal from a supermarket. Everything lacked freshness and flavor. On top of that, there was a strong chemical smell in the restaurant, which made the entire dining experience even more unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this place.

10/10We enjoyed a very nice lunch in the garden. It is a bit pricey, but the food and service were very good. We had the Niçoise salad and the special of the day: pasta with clams. Portions were plentiful.

5.5/10The service was good and they applied our discount without any problems. But for the price of the food it was not worth it. The food was fine but it was underwhelming. It would have been 140 euros for a ok meal, thankfully we had a 50% off.

We were made to feel welcome as soon as we stepped into the restaurant. Our servers were friendly, efficient, and informative - they helped us decide on wines (main course and dessert) and made sure that our dietary needs were properly handled. The food was delicious, starting with the bread (which has generally been a disappointment on this trip) and continuing through the salmon starter, the mains (branzino and beef tagliate), and our digestive and dessert. The wine was very good (we took half of the bottle back to our AirBnB for tomorrow!), too. The restaurant honored the 50% Fork discount without any prompting; of course, it only applied to food, not drinks, so I'm sure they came out OK on the deal. :-) I'd go back without hesitation.

5.5/10I had this restaurant on my favourites for a few months due to the high ratings. Was really looking forward to this evening. The ala carte menu had about 4-5 choices per section. It was okayyyy nothing there screamed out. I had the fish and they were out of sea bass but had a replacement. It was truly disappointing. It wasn’t very nice, was heavy to go with the sauce and chewy. Overall disappointing evening for the food. The starters were nothing to shout about too. Dessert was their saving grace and the 50% off from Fork’s promo month.

5/10We were very disappointed with the food! I ordered the sea bream and it came with potatoes that were so undercooked and absolutely tasteless! It was so bland and my husband’s pasta was flavorless and dry. Overall it was not a good food experience 😔

10/10Located in a beautiful 4* hotel. We sat on the patio near the pool which was lovely. The food is good and the staff is very nice, especially the lady Maitre d’Hotel. Would come back again for sure next time when in Florence.
