We order from the a la carte menu plus a dish of the day (Porcini Salad) for anti pasti. All the courses were excellent, especially the Sea bass cappellotti which is pure genius, and the Veal Parmigiana which was so soft and full of tastes. We probably should have ordered the Mascarpone sorbet for desert, but the Duchess of Parma was also very nice. We were overwhelmed by the wine list book, so we chose to go with individual glasses of whites and reds. The service was excellent and polite, and the price is reasonable for this excellent meal. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious food and relaxed environment

Pasta dishes - tortelli and canaletti — in a fresh pea sauce with branzino and the veal slow cooked 6 hours sous vide. The prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano three different ages were all very good. The local Parma wine recommended paired well with our dishes.

Excellent service, delicious food, best in Parma.

Very accommodating service and the best meal be had on our 10 day Lombardy + Parma trip

Sober place to enjoy star quality traditional food in Parma. Lovely staff 🤩

I have to confess that all menu is well-done.

Great restaurant, excellent food. The male writers was super. We will recommend this place.

Two out of three of the waiters very pleasant, one was quite cold and unpleasant. Food was pretty good but not amazing. Service was slow but they said that if needed, they can speed it up which I really appreciated. I had the guinnea hen, pretty dry, not amazing at all, would not recommend but the other things I’ve had there this time and in the past were good. If your doing something near by, a good pkace to go. If your coming into town just for dinner, maybe not the best choice.

Best meal we’ve had in Italy and we are seasoned travelers. Service was over the top.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly professional and food well prepared and beautifully presented. We have eaten at a number of Michelin venues and do not understand why this restaurant doesn't have a star. It compares well to other starred venues.

A very good meal. Menu was very good value for money. Good service, though understaffed when the restaurant was full. Fantastic winelist and good value for money local wines. Well recommended and one of the best in central Parma

Amazing food, beautiful presentation and first rate service.

Fantastic; easily pulling its weight against 2-star places. Parmigiano is aged perfectly and a monumental wine list helps too. And one can stay at a comfortable suite right about the restaurant.

The tasting menu was excellent, the service friendly and unpretentious, the restaurant decor was lovely. Only slight negative is that you can hear the noise from the kitchen but overall a great choice for dinner.

It was a Friday night, not ready when I arrived, only one waiter was focused on service, did not get busier during meal, appetizer beautifully presented but one not and salty, ravioli one note, seasonal mushrooms portion huge and poorly presented, all too salty with no outstanding flavor or complexity, wine pretty good, nothing close to one star level or even memorable, maybe a bad night or falling star

The restaurant's space is very tranquil, with well-spaced tables. The wine list is more than 50 pages long. The food was pleasant but with very limited flavour and in quite small portions for the price. Service was pleasant but surprisingly slow, a bit mechanical. We would not return.

An excellent evening. Service, food, wine and ambiance were all exceptional. A Michelin one star and deservedly so. Highly recommended.

Great gastronomic experience in Parma!
6.5
Nice and very modern setting. Service was very good and efficient. Very good wine list. We had menu sea and earth. Food was correct but not surprising. In contrast to the modern interior it was quite conventional and pretty small portions, except the final “Mont Blanc” mounted at the table . Which was huge. Personally we would not return to this restaurant, because there is so many others to discover in Parma…

The service borders on pantomime, way to formal rendering the atmosphere a little claustrophobic, but normally this is surpassed by the food, not this time, I’m sorry guys, the quality or passion has gone missing, and for what u charge its simply not acceptable..

One of the best restaurant experiences of my life was the private chef's dinner. My family was amazed it was memorable, fun, and delicious! The entire evening could not have been any better, I would recommend this over any other Michelin experiences out there

Wonderful food, service, and a very special culinary experience.

The waiter asked us if we wanted the winelist and we said that we rather have him to recommend a wine that suited the food. He came later and poured a whitewine for us, but we were actually in doubt if we had bought the whole bottle or if we would get another wine for a later course. Throughout the whole meal we were uncertain if we should finish our glasses before the next dish but found out we should make it last at least for 2 servings. We had 2 desserts and apparently there were no wine suggestings for that, as we sat there with only water to accompany them. One of the dishes were 5 kinds of raw fish and we were told that the tuna would have soy sauce on it. That we could not taste at all!! The only thing added to the fish were a large amount of oil on the shrimp. Oh and the tiniest bit of Parma on the scallop. An easy serving for the chef. As were the 3 tastings of parmesan cheese served more poorly than at the cheaper places around town. All in all a disapointing visit for us and not worth the trip

Excellent starters albeit a little salty. Portions are quite small but well presented. Main courses were mixed. My wife’s risotto was excellent. My John Dory was overcooked but not without taste. Pudding was disappointing. Very good bread and gluten free options. Attentive service.

Amazing dinner with innovative dishes. We loved the combination of flavors and the value was excellent.

The food was really good, but for a 1 star michelin I would have expected the presentation of some of the diahes to be a bit more refined. But no comments on the quality

Well though out tasting menu, with knowable service. Wine suggestions were well suited to the food. Overall the meal and wine were well priced for a restaurant of this nature.

Excellent food, service, and choices. We picked from the a la carté menu. Desserts tasting was phenomenal. Mote Bene. Grazie.

We had the “Earth“ tasting menu and you really get a lot of delicious dishes for your money. Espescially the appetizers were very creative. Desert was very and maybe too generous:-) Service was good and very friendly, but sometimes a bit disorganized and distracted from serving different tables at the same time. A very nice detail was the chef himself looking after all his guests several times. All in all a good dining experience with some room/need for improvement on the service side.

Slow service, cold / old bread , dry / tasteless branzino, extremely small portions
ParizziMay be you need a trattoria or a fast fod, not a gourmet restaurant.

The white win was not cool enough and we had to wait. The plates were already served. The same happened with the second bottle.

The seafood are really bad, especially the mussels have the bad fishy smell!!! The cheese waffles are good. Their price is lower than other 1 michelin star restaurants, and service and environment ok, so just treat as going to a cozy restaurant for dinner is fine but don’t expect good food like many other Italian restaurants in Italy.

Very disappointing with incredibly poor service. The lady who sat us presented us with menus (no wine menu given) and then proceeded to go and speak to a lone gentleman who, we assumed, was either the owner or an investor, giving no further information then chatting with the gentleman and, despite being the only customers, ignoring us and not taking our order. Eventually the chef, who was friendly and gracious, took our order. After this the lady brought the food, giving no explanation or information about the dishes and walking off to continue her chat. The chef also joined in chatting to the gentleman, all just stood in the restaurant. The staff did not once check on the food during the meal, or after. My Mother said that she never felt welcome or at ease, ignored throughout. The food was good, but not michelin level and not worth the cost. We presume that the chef was not cooking as it was not busy and that the lady was new, even so it was not good enough - appalling experience and average meal.
