8.5/10Two out of three of the waiters very pleasant, one was quite cold and unpleasant. Food was pretty good but not amazing. Service was slow but they said that if needed, they can speed it up which I really appreciated. I had the guinnea hen, pretty dry, not amazing at all, would not recommend but the other things I’ve had there this time and in the past were good. If your doing something near by, a good pkace to go. If your coming into town just for dinner, maybe not the best choice.

10/10We enjoyed a wonderful meal at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly professional and food well prepared and beautifully presented. We have eaten at a number of Michelin venues and do not understand why this restaurant doesn't have a star. It compares well to other starred venues.

10/10A delightful experience in every way. Superb food, a mixture of the traditional served exquisitely (eg suckling pig with potato torte) and the original (tuna tartare with cashew nuts on a biscuit, served with tomato salad sorbet, which was a superb highlight of tastes and textures). The staff were warm and friendly (especially the waiter who made such a wonderful job of explaining each course to us in English), unpretentious and kind. It was a joyful evening, and we will return next time we’re in Parma.

10/10Lovely meal. Service was gracious. Food was thought-provoking with unexpected combination. Plus, execution was outstanding! I will try to steal some concepts when I get home. Highly, highly recommend!

10/10Fantastic; easily pulling its weight against 2-star places. Parmigiano is aged perfectly and a monumental wine list helps too. And one can stay at a comfortable suite right about the restaurant.

6.5/10Doesn't deserve a star. There was a piece of a grill scrubber in the shrimp, which caught in my wife's throat. A fly hovered at our table for half the meal. And they didn't have the wine we selected from the menu. The didn't volunteer a discount for these issues.

10/10The tasting menu was excellent, the service friendly and unpretentious, the restaurant decor was lovely. Only slight negative is that you can hear the noise from the kitchen but overall a great choice for dinner.

4.5/10It was a Friday night, not ready when I arrived, only one waiter was focused on service, did not get busier during meal, appetizer beautifully presented but one not and salty, ravioli one note, seasonal mushrooms portion huge and poorly presented, all too salty with no outstanding flavor or complexity, wine pretty good, nothing close to one star level or even memorable, maybe a bad night or falling star

6/10The restaurant's space is very tranquil, with well-spaced tables. The wine list is more than 50 pages long. The food was pleasant but with very limited flavour and in quite small portions for the price. Service was pleasant but surprisingly slow, a bit mechanical. We would not return.

10/10An excellent gourmet restaurant. High quality ingredients, creatively prepared and presented. Proportions perfect, wines heavenly, discreet and efficient service. Off the busy Strada de la Repubblica a haven of tranquility and enjoyment.
