10/10Excellent from beginning to end. We absolutely loved our experience with food and service. At the top of our finer dining journey in Portugal thus far. This was an opportunity to dress up and enjoy the special treatment of the staff. Thank you for bringing us such a wonderful experience.

9.5/10Wonderful small restaurant hidden away in a little street in central Lisbon. The friendly staff gave excellent service and the food and wines were wonderful. We had a variety of tastes and dishes between the five in our group but everything was hugely appreciated by all.

9/10The food is good. Not stellar but good. I really liked the vegetable soup. Unfortunately the nuts in the salad were completely rancid & should be tossed. Nuts don’t have a long shelf life & are best kept refrigerated. The ambiance is lovely, I sat outside but indoors is very cozy with nice lighting. All the servers were very helpful & friendly. I think the prices are high for the quality but it’s a nice place to enjoy a quiet meal.

10/10This little restaurant was a great find. Great ambience, service and the food was delicious. The owner, Ana, came to check everything was okay. And the sommelier let us try 5 different wines before we decided on the glass to go with our dish. Would definitely recommend for a special meal out.

10/10We had a fantastic evening to celebrate a friends birthday when we were here for the weekend from London. The food, staff and owner were amazing. There is nothing I can fault about our evening. There were two vegetarians and the food was truly fantastic - the flavours were really well put together! Thank you for a lovely evening

10/10This was our second dining experience at Patanaga--the food was so excellent and the staff so welcoming, we had to come back! Ana and Manuel (owners) greeted us like old friends. Ana ran us through the menu taking note of any food allergies or preferences. The service was impeccable. If you live in Lisboa or just visiting, please spend your time eating at Pastanaga--you won't be disappointed.

9.5/10Excellent meal at Pastanaga. Anna, the chef and owner, is a fascinating person for whom this is clearly a labor of love. Every dish was somewhat unexpected and always in a good way. The service was also great and the staff was very knowledgable about their wines/pairings. Highly recommend for a special experience in Lisbon.

10/10We loved the place and the food. It had its own signature touch. We had dinner twice and the second time the owner made a special something for us, so we really felt taken care of. I would be more than happy to go back again. :)

10/10Favorite restaurant in Lisbon! Do not miss! Such a special and intimate setting. The owners make you feel like a regular immediately and provide such incredible service. 10/10Truly one of the best meals I’ve had in a very, very long time. The service was impeccable, and I love the fact that the Saumier came and gave us a taste of four different wines for us to choose from. Each entrée was better than the next and the desserts werewonderful. I would recommend it to anyone.

10/10We were greeted at the front door by the owner, who could not have been more gracious and welcoming. Shortly after being seated, the chief came by out table to answer any questions we might have about the menu. We then each ordered a glass of a local red wine, but the wine steward can to our table with a bottle of the wine ordered and two additional bottles for a tasting ( we selected a different wine ). Of course, the food was outstanding. After asking for the check, I inquired if someone might direct us to an area where we could find a taxi. The owner overheard and said our waiter would walk us to a taxi stand…….and if we we couldn’t find a cab he would personally pay for an Uber to take us to our hotel. I loved the restaurant, the owner and the people that worked there. It was one the best dinning experiences I’d had in a very long time.
