The food was basic, without any special taste was served very late, not all people were served at once and they did not apologize for the delay. The check was incorect, they added something that we did not consume and did not apply the FORK discount until after we asked for them.

Very nice food. It was just a shame our main course arrived before we had eaten half our starter to sit there getting cold! Shame as it spoilt the meal. I am sure it was a genuine mistake but we realised that we were actually overcharged with an extra glass of wine. Otherwise all nice

We were staying overnight near Bari Centrale and found this gem of a restaurant near our AirBNB. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you, this is a great restaurant with lovely ambience. Staff were friendly and efficient and spoke English fluently. The food was excellent, we had seafood meatballs, Carbonera, and Amatracina. Fresh handmade pasta was excellent and sauces were rich snd tasty. Tiramisu for dessert topped off things quite nicely. The house red wine was quite good as well, although only sold by the glass versus carafes. If you find yourself by the Bari Train Station for an evening we would recommend Peppo without hesitation.

Average experience/food/location. The amatriciana was amazing and the pomodoro was great but location was not and the tuna tartare quality was not the best. Service was friendly but checked on us very infrequently. Found ourselves having to get up to ask for things because too much time was passing. The restaurant was cute but had to pass by a lot of homeless people in the park to go to a dead street with only this restaurant open on it.

We arrived and had to wait to be served even though we were almost first in there . They didn’t speak much English which is fine and we were shown a bar code to bring up the menu but then no one came and spoke to us until we waved at them . Got the feeling that because we weren’t Italian they weren’t very interested. It got busy with Italian locals which means they thought it was good . Pasta with Calemari hardly had any .

Local flavors with a modern twist. Service is excellent and always with a smile. It was so good that even without need we orderer another "secondi". For the fort night in Bari, they gave us an excellent spoiler!

It was great to having dinner there, food was perfect, we ask for the Ternera beef a la Carbonara and spaghetti Amatriciana and Carbonara, wine negroamaro, larger beer, coffee, etc. The place is beautiful and had an awesome atmosphere.

Had the SeaBream and Octopus dishes. The proteins for both dishes were done really well. The only issue was both came with potato puree. Please people - season, season, season. No flavour & distracted from dishes. Desert was excellent & staff was very attentive, perhaps just bordering on hovering - maybe it was early & not crowded yet.

Out of this world trattoria. First the fresh smoked salmon!!!! The best pasta . Spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti with 3 tomatoes and burratina to die for. Then the angus tagliata with potatoes just perfect!!! The service superb!!!!

The food was tasty, but noting special. The desserts were with lots of cream, no mascarpone. The atmosphere is nice, but the space is really high and the acoustics are not nice. The service was good, but they didn’t brought us spoons for sharing and some other small stuff

Very good homemade pasta, the place was very nice and calm with a cool decoration. Very welcoming staff ! The carbonara was a bit too much creamy though… but pasta all’amatriciana and pasta 3 pomodori were amazing !

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end! It is good that a table can be booked online. Despite of the fact that the restaurant is pretty big, it may get full. I am glad we have got a table we wanted. Both dishes were amazing! Grilled tuna and octopus salad are must try in accompany with Fiano IGP Salento. We were lucky to be served by a waitress, who convinced us to give a try to a dessert, even though there were only two left, because it was Saturday evening. Digestive and espresso were also very good! Highly recommended restaurant with tasty food and attentive service!

Nice little place and good food. Prices are also good. Started with Burato cheese. Was outstanding. I chose a seafood pasta and it was very tasty.
