Despite the strong ratings, this restaurant (or more aptly "cafe") disappointed us. Living in Asia, we know what good Vietnamese food is. Phobun promotes itself as a Vietnamese restaurant but is in fact more Chinese than anything. Not enough staff to provide good service (despite the hard-working lady owner out front), food taste very bland, fried food too oily and very noisy table spoiling whatever ambience there was. Hard to recommend.
