10/10Service was very quick, staff very attentive, menu had an amazing variety, atmosphere very friendly, food was amazing, my favorite was the prawn spring rolls, I could have eaten a whole plate as a main dish.

10/10Excellent Vietnamese place for fresh authentic Vietnamese food. The staff is also very friendly, we recommend the spring rolls and pho’s!

6/10Service was quick but they forgot the drinks order and then wanted to start a conversation about who we placed the order with rather than just getting the drinks. The house pho was a bit uninspired, the tripe and the grey meat balls were a real low point. There was nothing particularly wrong with anything, but based upon our experience it fell well below expectations.

8/10Pho Passion was an interesting experience for my friends and I. The food was greatly appreciated. In terms of quantity and quality, it really was worth the price. I am sad to report that the service we had was not as good. This comment goes to the young man who greeted us at the door on our arrival. I asked for a quiet table upstairs seeing that the dining room was very busy and loud. His reaction was "annoyed and frustrated". This carried on throughout the meal. I asked for a beer to start with. Then with my main course a glass of wine. He repeated the order and had it correctly at first, but then after brought me my glass of wine. When I nicely told him I had ordered a beer first, he replied in his "annoyed and frustrated" tone, "you told me you wanted wine, you should've told me you wanted beer." Is this normal behavior? I felt attacked throughout the meal and it ruined a great part of the evening for me. What was supposed to be a nice friend reunion, ended up being a quiet awkard dinner. I honestly didn't want to be served by him anymore. Word of advice for the kid, coming from someone who actually works in the restaurant business for 6 years now, don't work in a restaurant if you can't take the heat (and that was nothing). I did leave a tip, but this was for the young lady who took over right after and for the rest of the team. Thank you for kindness and smile.
