7/10The service is very fast, the place is small but cozy and clean. The quality of the food is not the best experience of my life but good. They are not Japanese and the sea is far from Paris so it is okay. We spent 20€ each booking with the Fork. Honest quality/price ratio. I could go back.

6/10Sure, here's the review: --- Misleading Promo I booked with a promo discount through The Fork, but the restaurant didn't inform me that certain items were excluded. I ended up paying full price. The food was okay, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. Clear communication is needed.

5.5/10I’m afraid if you come with a decent expectation of food quality and authentic Japanese cuisine, it would leave you with quite some disappointments. Ordered tempura shrimp and tempura vegetables, we had problem telling what were they, not much taste to distinguish what were you eating. And the worst part was they came with a Thai sweet chili sauce. LOL! And Gyudon beef was not authentic at any point, from the marinade , choice of beef and way to cook, it was just not Japanese Gyudon. It’s the same like you ordered coffee and they served you milk. Well, if you pick this restaurant just because of its un-beatable location at Bastille with the surrounding lively ambience of tourists and locals, you may still enjoy your time.
