Very good and attentive staff. I had better experience during lunch service 3 years earlier. This time it was not as exciting…

My visit to Piano35 was deeply underwhelming compared to other 1-star Michelin restaurants in Italy. Despite the view, the experience failed in three key areas: 1. Food Quality: The "Giro d'Italia" menu was one-dimensional and lacked creativity. Most concerningly, the mussels were not fresh—an inexcusable error for this level of dining. 2. Atmosphere: The dining room was excessively noisy, feeling more like a crowded bistro than a refined establishment. 3. Service & Bias: Service was painfully slow. I noticed a glaring inconsistency in how staff attended to different tables; as an Asian guest, I felt significantly overlooked and ignored compared to others. This disparity in hospitality was palpable and highly unprofessional. Having recently had a phenomenal, creative meal at a Michelin star restaurant in Rome, it is clear that the issues here lie with the Chef’s execution and management rather than the cuisine itself. Due to the poor service and lackluster food, I chose not to leave a

Main course good. First course (pasta) really bad and desssert mediocre (far too sweet).

Great service, nice food and beautiful views. We went for lunch and it was quite quiet - only 5 tables in a rather big space - but I am guessing that is normal for this time of the year in Torino.

Great location, bold and original start with appetisers and pasta, culminating with a triumphant eel serving. Painful quality drop with a meat based, ham fisted flavours dish and dismal dessert, truly awful. Astonishing bad note: they pressure you for a tip. That’s how you make an unforgettable experience but not in a good way.

Absolutely brilliant evening from the start. Beautiful night, great garden and attentive team. The food was probably the best I've had in Italy and we are both pescartian so the team adapted the menu to suit with no problem at all. Loved it.

This was our double birthday dinner! Absolutely one of those to remember! Amazing service provided by team of professionals, super nice and informative, you can see their passion for their work. Food (tasting menu) unexpected combination of ingredients and flavors just indulging the taste buds. Location- highest located restaurant in the country with those views, another element to make this evening a memorable experience. We highly appreciate and recommend the visit and experience offered by Piano 35 team. Thank you :) <3

Booked a dinner with my wife for our honeymoon. It was a romantic and great experience. Highly recommend for a very special night out.

Presentation and flavour of food really poor no interest of staff in if expectation where meet. Constant noise from dishes and cutlery being sorted before taken to kitchen. Service ? well in Michelin restaurant you expect more ? Left handed is not right. Of 7 course dinner there is not one wow-factor. Sorry but not good

A culinary experience that stands out for its perfection on all levels, from the harmony between food and wine to the warm and attentive hospitality, is truly an unforgettable moment. At each bite, we had a taste of paradise😄

We went for lunch at Piano35, the view was amazing. You can see the whole Turin from the tallest building in town. Service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Food was great and price is very reasonable. Great value for money and for the whole experience.
