10/10Our meal was wonderful from start to finish - the food, the service, the atmosphere. We feel like we found a hidden gem where the chef and the servers truly care about the meal and the experience of dining. We were celebrating a birthday and the chef thoughtfully brought out a tiramisu with a candle, making us feel welcomed and special. He talked about his passion for cooking and it truly showed in every dish. Highly recommend!

10/10It's a 10, service and food were amazing and the cook who's a true Siciliano has a passion for his work, the restaurant is very cozy and the design is nice and beautiful, Italian with a twist of Portuguese, it's the best Italian restaurant in Lisbon and it is affordable, family type of food made with heart , true italian

10/10It might be a cliché, but in this case it's true: everything was wonderful. We tried the scallops, gnocchi al pesto and milanese with bone marrow. Recommend it all and to finish the canolo. Special thanks to the cook and the staff for being so nice and welcoming.

10/10We had a wonderful dinner and found the staff so friendly and attentive! We enjoyed the pesto gnocchi and shrimp risotto. Absolutely delicious Italian food and it was nice that the chef came out to meet us to make sure we were happy and then again to say goodbye.

9.5/10Excellent food and service - amazing . Unfortunately there was a Portugal football match on that evening so everyone stayed home to watch it leaving the restaurant unfortunately unusually quiet. That was our gain though as the chef came out and chatted to us for a long time about his life in Sicily and how he ended up in Lisbon. Two waiters were extremely attentive. Amazing restaurant - fine dining at its best.

7/10I had had a great meal here before (the gnocchi) and so I was expecting the same when I ordered the risotto but I was disappointed. The antipasti were the highlight. The wine was also excellent. The service is attentive.

10/10This was our best dining experience in Portugal! The restaurant is small with only 8- 10 tables. The owner/chef took our order himself and the food was really amazing! The wait staff was very helpful with wine selection and service was prompt. We would have been back the next night if we hadn’t had to fly home!

10/10Best dinner (s) had in Europe! Wonderful service and unique, delicious food and wine. Perfectly cooked gnocchi, risotto, and the finest veal scallopini I’ve ever had. A must in Lisbon.

10/10We came to the Piazza Sicilia twice in our week long stay in Lisbon in September 2022 and both agreed we would return on our 2023 trip. Michele & his team didn’t disappoint! From the Parmegiana di berinjela and the Pork Lombinhos, stuffed veal roll and Cannoli for dessert, all of the food was out of this world & 5 Stars We will be back - Thank you Michele Kevin & Pedro

7/10The food was very fresh and good and the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. However, the room was stuffy and depressing, there was no atmosphere. We didn’t get a fun and festive “dining out” in Lisbon experience.

10/10My husband and I live in Philadelphia which has a great food scene - we thought this was the BEST meal we had in Lisbon including meals at Michelin star restaurants!!!! The food was SPECTACULAR and everything else was excellent as well - and we LOVED the aesthetic!!!!!

10/10Exquisite Sicilian dining experience. The chef, Michele, is a master at expressing the delicate tastes of his native island. The dishes are presented with style but without a hint of snobbery. Exactly this is where Michele’s restaurant shines: his passion and craftsmanship are reflected in the exquisite tastes of his dishes while maintaining a humble and relaxed atmosphere. Osteria Piazza Sicilia is a must-visit while in Lisbon and the Spaghetti al Nero di Seppia (Squid Ink Spaghetti) are a must-eat. Grazie Michele for the great evening and I am looking forward to visit again the next time I’m in Lisbon.

10/10Our experience couldn’t have been better!!! Monica and chef were spectacular!! The meal was far beyond our expectations. We weee celebrating a birthday-so we wanted it to be special-above and beyond special. Staff was gracious and attentive. The food was AMAZING!! The selection made it hard to pick just one thing-fortunately we all like to share!!!! I would go back again and again. Charming and personal. Couldn’t have picked a better spot in all of Lisbon!!

10/10What a wonderful restaurant and such an amazing chef who was coming to talk to us about the dishes. The food and wines were amazing. We had scallops and osso buço with risotto and gnocchi with pesto and we had desert of parfait - everything was incredible and so tasty. Highly recommended
