It might be a cliché, but in this case it's true: everything was wonderful. We tried the scallops, gnocchi al pesto and milanese with bone marrow. Recommend it all and to finish the canolo. Special thanks to the cook and the staff for being so nice and welcoming.

We had a wonderful dinner and found the staff so friendly and attentive! We enjoyed the pesto gnocchi and shrimp risotto. Absolutely delicious Italian food and it was nice that the chef came out to meet us to make sure we were happy and then again to say goodbye.

Excellent food and service - amazing . Unfortunately there was a Portugal football match on that evening so everyone stayed home to watch it leaving the restaurant unfortunately unusually quiet. That was our gain though as the chef came out and chatted to us for a long time about his life in Sicily and how he ended up in Lisbon. Two waiters were extremely attentive. Amazing restaurant - fine dining at its best.

I had had a great meal here before (the gnocchi) and so I was expecting the same when I ordered the risotto but I was disappointed. The antipasti were the highlight. The wine was also excellent. The service is attentive.

This was our best dining experience in Portugal! The restaurant is small with only 8- 10 tables. The owner/chef took our order himself and the food was really amazing! The wait staff was very helpful with wine selection and service was prompt. We would have been back the next night if we hadn’t had to fly home!

Best dinner (s) had in Europe! Wonderful service and unique, delicious food and wine. Perfectly cooked gnocchi, risotto, and the finest veal scallopini I’ve ever had. A must in Lisbon.

We came to the Piazza Sicilia twice in our week long stay in Lisbon in September 2022 and both agreed we would return on our 2023 trip. Michele & his team didn’t disappoint! From the Parmegiana di berinjela and the Pork Lombinhos, stuffed veal roll and Cannoli for dessert, all of the food was out of this world & 5 Stars We will be back - Thank you Michele Kevin & Pedro

Loved this Italian restaurant! Very easy to find from the Hotel Avenida Palace, service was excellent, food was to quality, and the cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Charming atmosphere with a personal attentiveness. Very high quality food and the service, specifically Monica, was outstanding! She genuinely cared about my experience, and I could see she did the same with everybody else. A wonderful gift to make everybody feel so welcome. Thank you Monica!
