3.5/10Despite booking we were waiting for ages for a table . Given free drink which was a nice touch . Overall food very poor and my meal was literally throw onto the table by the waiter who was just so rude. Very disappointed as had read review before booking - would definitely not recommend

5.5/10Dinner was excellent but the service was not good at all. I felt like we were shoved in a corner and only dealt with as an after thought. We were also put in a back room where there was no restaurant ambiance. The main dining area looked amazing but we were on the other side of the restaurant. As our first meal in Italy it was a disappointment.

Outside space bustling and busy but good. Food was excellent. Service was quick and ok. Not much chat but we don't know much italian. Great pricing so close to the Trevi fountain.

9/10Good service. lovely,helpful and happy staff. Food was great apart from the lasagne which was on its own (nothing wrong with it but just a bit plain as didn’t come with any veg/salad/bread etc) Desserts were lovely! Cute seating arrangement with some parts more private than others but still busy to not feel pushed into a corner Great experience Would be a 10 apart from the lasagne.

6/10Food was fairly good but service was brusque and borderline rude at times. Staff need to be trained to see that what matters more than anything else is a gracious attitude and attentive behavior. We felt rushed without ever being told to hurry up. Left a bad taste in the mouth, especially since the food was well prepared and delicious. I’d made a second reservation for another night but canceled it as soon as we got home after dinner. (BTW, I live in a city that’s famous for being fast-paced, so it’s not about how busy restaurants are in a city like Rome. In fact, good restaurants in Rome are known for how they treat people graciously: it is never just about the food. I’m sorry to have to say this about a restaurant I wanted to like, and where I had reserved a table a week in advance, but sometimes honest feedback may be more valuable to the owners of an establishment than empty praise.)

10/10We have been here a few times in the past couple of years. It never disappoints! The orange ravioli, that I didn’t think I would care for, is amazing. The cheese is sharp and pairs well with the orange. I suppose that’s why they cook and I eat. They know what they are doing. We also had a beef and truffle special. The meat was so tender, not heavy, and balanced well with the truffle, arugula and cheese. Don’t miss the pasta and clams! Fantastic

Food was delicious. Atmosphere is lovely. Happened to be there during artichoke season. The menu reflected this and the specials were on point. Only complaint is that the weather was cold (mid 40s) when we were there and the restaurant was cold. I hate being cold when I eat a nice meal!

10/10Our family of 5 enjoyed dinner on a very busy Saturday evening. The food was delicious and the atmosphere authentic. The overall experience was memorable and a favorite of our trip. The professional service provided by Matteo and team was unobtrusive while at the same time attentive. We were made to feel at home and we left full and quite satisfied!

This small family restaurant is in the heart of the Trevi area, possibly overlooked as it is not on the Main Street but wonderful staff, great food.

8.5/10Great meal! We did watch organized crime taking place just behind the restaurant while we enjoyed our meal. It made for an i teresting night. The restaurant staff went on as if they did not even notice what was going on around them. The service and the food were excellent. The crème brûlée was incredible and the lasagna was amazing. The House wine was a wonderful addition to our meal. I would likely eat here again.

8/10The food was excellent! We each had a lamb dish which were both well prepared and delicious. But service was performative at best and the ambience was disappointing. We made a reservation and when we arrived (a few minutes early) we were not seated in the lively front area (which had empty 2 tops) but were ushered into a small stuffy crowded back room with absolutely no decor. It had no ventilation and after all our prior wonderful evenings in Italy seated outdoors or in a fun indoor area, it was a disappointment to spend our last night relegated to a back room.

I have been eating ay PA for at least twenty years and I can say that in all that time, during a dozen stays in Rome, the food here is outstanding, Truly Roman, prepared to high standards and delicious. The woman owner is always present and the service is outstanding. Try a signature dish of Orange Raviolis and do miss the zucchini flowers stuffed with cheese and a bit of anchovy. Feel like a Roman.

9.5/10In the madness that is the Trevi Fountain, this is a wonderful oasis of yum! Delicious food, especially the home made pasta, and really kind (if a tiny bit slow) service. Would totally recommend!
