Pizzas were good and some even surprising as a taste, however I felt they were massively overpriced with one of them around 16-18 euros. Also 3 euros of hidden service charge per person “coperto” , voids all potential discounts from the Fork.

A wonderful warm welcome from Biagio and Nicola. Fabulous pizzas and vino. Wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Definitely the place to go in Matera.

Honestly, one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had — if not the best. Every bite was just perfect. The interior is absolutely stunning and creates such a special atmosphere. I genuinely fell in love with this place and can’t wait to come back.

Pizza was very good, the dough fantastic! Prosecco and wine also very good. Recommended! Service was ok. Wasn’t really a fan of the interior design of the restaurant, they put in a lot of effort, very flashy, but that is personal :)

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for a perfect evening. We started with a refreshing Campari and soda, the ideal aperitif to awaken the palate and transport us straight to Italy with its vibrant, bittersweet notes. Then came the pizza—a masterpiece of simplicity and flavor. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and airy on the inside, topped with the freshest ingredients that spoke for themselves. Every bite was a reminder of how beautiful authentic pizza can be when done right. To complete the experience, we paired our meal with a remarkable bottle of wine—smooth, rich, and perfectly matched to the meal. The balance of the flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the care put into every detail made this dinner unforgettable. A true celebration of taste. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Simpatico place nice atmosphere. Pizza was nothing special middle quality but was surprised from chips from dry paprika. Waiter was smiled and kind that’s good but forgot few things to bring…. Was too much occupied

Firstly, the advice from the waiter/main receiver of the guests, for the meals they offer, was greatly appreciated. There is a significant value in the product served by promoting local Italian products.The ambiance very relaxing and the most attractive part of this restaurant is the local products on sale with a vast assortment of wines. The meal together with service allows you to pass a very delightful experience!

They seated us and kind of forgot about us. The pizza was pretty good. Lots of crust edge. We don’t eat tons of that. Could never get someone’s attention to order another bottle of water. Left thirsty. Ordered their ‘white focaccia’ in addition to a pizza. What we got was not focaccia, but just plain pizza crust. Idk if they were out of focaccia, or didn’t want to waste it on us, or if that is really how they make their version of focaccia. Anyway, just plain pizza crust is neither good, nor worth paying for imo.

The pizza’s with buffalo mozzarella cheese are pretty good. Staff is nice. Tip: don’t use Google maps to find it, but follow the signs on the main street.

A lovely evening with good pizza. Staff are attentive and friendly the location is a little difficult to find. Overall a nice atmosphere to eat with family and friends.

The food was very good; my starter was not given to me, even after I reminded the waiter. Disappointing. The ambiance and restaurant were lovely. Service was very slow. Prices reasonable.

Incredible pizza, the real crust one of the best ever. Topping many choices for all tastes … not to little and not to much. In a quiet corner (no cars or motorcycles) with nice ambiance.

One of our most enjoyable meals in Matera and very reasonably priced.....best pizza we ate on our trip and you have got to get the "red" ale beers on tap......forget the blond beers these were 6.5% and tasted beautiful!

Popular restaurant so we were happy we made reservations. They turned people away. We had pizza, salad, and wine. Enjoyed it all. Good people watching. We ate outside. No view but didn't expect one. They were very busy but we didn't feel ignored.

Tucked away off the Main Street, lovely restaurant with interesting shop attached. Food was delicious. Service was great. Excellent value for money. Look it up when you visit Matera.

+1Beautiful restaurant in a beautiful setting. The pizzas & appetizers were excellent! Best we’ve had so far in Southern Italy. Glad we made a reservation the restaurant filled quickly on a Sunday night.
