We started with a refreshing Campari and soda, the ideal aperitif to awaken the palate and transport us straight to Italy with its vibrant, bittersweet notes. Then came the pizza—a masterpiece of simplicity and flavor. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and airy on the inside, topped with the freshest ingredients that spoke for themselves. Every bite was a reminder of how beautiful authentic pizza can be when done right. To complete the experience, we paired our meal with a remarkable bottle of wine—smooth, rich, and perfectly matched to the meal. The balance of the flavors, the quality of the ingredients, and the care put into every detail made this dinner unforgettable. A true celebration of taste. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Firstly, the advice from the waiter/main receiver of the guests, for the meals they offer, was greatly appreciated. There is a significant value in the product served by promoting local Italian products.The ambiance very relaxing and the most attractive part of this restaurant is the local products on sale with a vast assortment of wines. The meal together with service allows you to pass a very delightful experience!

They seated us and kind of forgot about us. The pizza was pretty good. Lots of crust edge. We don’t eat tons of that. Could never get someone’s attention to order another bottle of water. Left thirsty. Ordered their ‘white focaccia’ in addition to a pizza. What we got was not focaccia, but just plain pizza crust. Idk if they were out of focaccia, or didn’t want to waste it on us, or if that is really how they make their version of focaccia. Anyway, just plain pizza crust is neither good, nor worth paying for imo.

The pizza’s with buffalo mozzarella cheese are pretty good. Staff is nice. Tip: don’t use Google maps to find it, but follow the signs on the main street.

One of our most enjoyable meals in Matera and very reasonably priced.....best pizza we ate on our trip and you have got to get the "red" ale beers on tap......forget the blond beers these were 6.5% and tasted beautiful!

Popular restaurant so we were happy we made reservations. They turned people away. We had pizza, salad, and wine. Enjoyed it all. Good people watching. We ate outside. No view but didn't expect one. They were very busy but we didn't feel ignored.
