The food was very good. However, the service was pompous and intrusive. And it was impossible to get tap water. Restaurants should no longer he littering the planet with bottles (and charging customers for the privilege) when there is perfectly good tap water available.

In our region, tap water is safe but has a very high mineral content (especially calcium), which affects both taste and the overall dining experience. That’s why it’s not common to serve it in restaurants here. Still, we take your comments seriously and will reflect on how to offer better alternatives in the future.
