No ambience, rude staff, steak was ok but chips were cold and there were not enough of them. Had to order an extra portion. Onion rings were awful

3/10Waited quite a long time to receive poor quality steak. We have been to this restaurant on 5 previous occasions,which were all excellent, but this visit was a real let down.

4.5/10The table time options were very restricted but upon arrival there was plenty of seating, we were told we had to order within 20 minutes so felt rushed before we had been seated, the food was okay but not great as expected, we ordered coffee to finish and had to send back as not right and on return still not correct so paid and left.

5.5/10We were looking so forward to go there but that changed quickly, We have been there few times before and the service and food REALLY good but now both the service and food bad quality started with dry carpaccio and then the main came and we had this big steak to share that is only cooked outside and we finish it our self's on a little grill on the table and the food came and then we had to wait almost 10min's for the grill and even had to ask for missing item few times so we had to eat the sides cold with the meat! And when we tried to get somebodys attention to get a refill on the drinks we had to wait and wait! And finally when the waiter saw us he shouted loudly with agressive voice "WHAT DO YOU NEED!" I was in shock! At least we will not go there again and wont reccomend it either! The meat also tasted totally diffrent from when we went there in September! So yea it needed alot of extra staff to service everyone!

Amazing food, & really lovely staff. The cocktails were fabulous too. We ate here three times during our weeks stay at the GF costa adeje hotel next door. It was so good we just kept going back. ❤️

6/10We were there 2 days previous to this visit We both had fillet steaks which were amazing and they couldn't do enough for us Today we had the burgers , greasy , no flavour , just poor which we both didn't expect after the fillet steaks The service wasn't great , we even had to pour our own drinks all night I don't think the work under pressure been busy

6.5/10This was our third visit during the year whilst on separate holidays, the two previous occasions was perfect in every way, our third visit was disappointing.. My husband had previously enjoyed a T.bone steak which they didn’t have, he chose a ribeye which was chewy & not good, a friend had the lamb chops which was the same a bit chewy & tasteless, I had the pork shank which was nice but quite a lot of fat but the meat was tender. After 20 minutes no one came to ask us for our drinks order we had to ask someone to serve us then it took a further 10 minutes. On our next holiday we will give it another chance as we voiced out dissatisfaction, they explained it was due to staff shortages for the service, they suggested when booking again to request a T.Bone steak. The atmosphere is generally nice especially if you ask for a window seat.

4/10The food wasn’t cooked to what we asked for eg a blue steak but received a rare steak. Ordered a sauce with the steak that never turned up as the waiter/head Manager or could be owner couldn’t have cared less to be fair. had to ask for drinks a few times, when it came To payment the same man then leapt back in to a happy mode as he wanted payment. And to see if there was going to be a tip. For the money it just wasn’t worth it and we went there as we heard it was meant to be lovely

4/10When taking the order, I asked the server about one of the side dishes…he shrugged his shoulders in response. Then when it arrived, my grilled salmon was undercooked. I told the server who started arguing with me that he thought it was good. As it turned out later, the server was the manager himself. Outrageous, not suitable for hospitality, especially not for a manager.
