Waited quite a long time to receive poor quality steak. We have been to this restaurant on 5 previous occasions,which were all excellent, but this visit was a real let down.

The table time options were very restricted but upon arrival there was plenty of seating, we were told we had to order within 20 minutes so felt rushed before we had been seated, the food was okay but not great as expected, we ordered coffee to finish and had to send back as not right and on return still not correct so paid and left.

The lady at front desk was so welcoming and kind you never stopped. Food was amazing and service was excellent next time we are here we will definitely be back. Thank you

We were looking so forward to go there but that changed quickly, We have been there few times before and the service and food REALLY good but now both the service and food bad quality started with dry carpaccio and then the main came and we had this big steak to share that is only cooked outside and we finish it our self's on a little grill on the table and the food came and then we had to wait almost 10min's for the grill and even had to ask for missing item few times so we had to eat the sides cold with the meat! And when we tried to get somebodys attention to get a refill on the drinks we had to wait and wait! And finally when the waiter saw us he shouted loudly with agressive voice "WHAT DO YOU NEED!" I was in shock! At least we will not go there again and wont reccomend it either! The meat also tasted totally diffrent from when we went there in September! So yea it needed alot of extra staff to service everyone!
