I had high expectations for this restaurant given the prices, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match the cost. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. What really stood out — and not in a good way — was the attitude of the host. From the moment we arrived, they were dismissive and unwelcoming, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening. For a place in this price range, you’d expect a much more professional and courteous level of service. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Everything was perfect. A wonderful evening. First class chef. I had the lamb cutlets. I have never had better anywhere. Lots of meat ann perfectly cooked fat so that you could enjoy every mouthful with no waste. Five delicious cutlets with perfect accompanying boiled then grilled rosemary potatoes and onions and trimmings. My partner enjoyed sea perch - a whole fish - also delicious. Lovely friendly service and a good value selection of wines. All at a very reasonable price. Yes, we will definitely go back. ????
