An absolute gem for tartare lovers! The ingredients were fresh, the flavors perfectly balanced, and the presentation was great. The ambiance was cozy and the service top-notch. Absolutely recommended!

10/10What a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary. Victor and the team were amazing, but the food is the real show stopper here. It was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended the truffle beef sushi. AND the Pinsa. We wish we took photos but we enjoyed ourselves so much we forgot. Thank you so much.

+1We were a group of 11 traveling together. We found the restaurant because it was close to our hotel. At first glance, it didn't look like much. However, the waiter was full of passion, and the food was absolutely amazing. The service was excellent, and everything was neat and well-organized. It comes HIGHLY recommended.

Perfect food. The meet was really awesome. I had the best tartare I ever tasted. The pinda and carpaccio were also perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. The service was also really good and personal. A bit outside the center of Rome but a taxi stand closely. Really worth to travel there.

10/10It’s rare to find such a high-quality restaurant in Trastevere! Every dish was prepared with great care, and the seasoning was excellent. The staff were also very enthusiastic; they asked if it was our first time here and gave us a brief explanation of the menu without being overly intrusive. They also explained which dish to start with. The restaurant was full that night, but the pace of service was just right—we didn’t have to wait too long for our food. The espresso after the meal was delicious, and the coffee cup was warm. The restroom was spacious and very clean, which is a plus! The only downside is that the interior space of the restaurant is quite small, and I’m not sure if there’s air conditioning. When the place is full, it gets really hot. We will definitely come back next time 😀

10/10I recently had the pleasure of dining at Primo Urban, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. The star of the evening was their incredible tartar and pinsa. Each dish was awesome, bursting with flavor and crafted with the freshest ingredients. The tartar was rich and decadent, while the pinsa had a wonderfully light and crispy crust that was simply irresistible. What truly set the evening apart was the ambiance. The background music was very nice, adding a charming and relaxing vibe to the entire meal. It was the perfect backdrop to an evening of great food and conversation. I left Primo Urban feeling satisfied and eager to return. If you're looking for a place with delicious food, outstanding service, and a cozy atmosphere, this is it. Highly recommended!

10/10The restaurant is not very large, but the ambience more than makes up for it, as does to food and staff. Claudio took the time to make recommendations that turned our to be truly exceptional! A complimentary drink (i.e. the best Limoncello we ever experienced) topped off an incredible culinary experience.
