Puur sahn is an exquisite dining experience. The menu is based on seasonal fare and the flavors explode in your mouth. The wine suggestions are also perfectly accompanied with the food. Must go spot

A simply exceptional yet unpretentious dining experience. Extraordinary, perfectly balanced combinations of organic, locally sourced seasonal ingredients (where possible of course). Maarten’s menu was such a great combination giving a good sample of the breadth of expertise of the chef. Service was really friendly, personable and professional. Wine knowledge of a high level, but brought across in such a friendly manner. This is the sort of place that is worth going out of your way for - we care all the way from Amsterdam ????

This was our second visit (from the UK). Not only was the food was excellent once again but also we really appreciated your care and attentiveness towards the various dietary needs of our group. The friendly personal touch in addition to the wonderful food made for a special evening.

A wonderful culinary experience. The dishes were well conceived and beautifully presented. The service was first class. But regrettably I do have to take a point off because the portions were rather small - with a little more on our plates, it would have been the perfect meal.
