10/10+1What a great evening, great Vegan options, and 100% gluten free.. The BEST gf bread, ever! all the dishes we had were perfect 👌🏼 and the restaurant is dog friendly too.. the waiters were very attentive, and very kind, couldn't have wanted more.. very best of evenings for us! Thank you all 👌🏼

10/10What a wonderful gluten-free restaurant. The restaurant itself was a little oasis in a hot busy city. The menu had lots of variety of different things for different people. I ordered the chicken tenders with french fries and it was very good. My husband enjoyed his it’s like tag Haley tag Mark that dish you had was a pasta with Bolognese Ragu. The staff was very friendly and helpful too

10/10It was so nice to find a 100% gluten free restaurant that also had many vegan options. Everyone in our group enjoyed dinner and all the different choices. Our server was friendly and attentive and was able to answer all our questions and gave us some great suggestions.

8/10As a celiac, this was an amazing find. To have the whole menu available to choose from was like winning the jackpot! The vegetarian Pad Thai was delicious, as was the Florence Stew with Polenta (perhaps something more with the meat would make it an excellent rating?). But, we will definitely revisit before leaving the city, and recommend it highly to anyone who finds their food choices are limited elsewhere.

10/10A very pretty restaurant off a nice courtyard. Very charming and attentive waiting staff. As a vegetarian who isn’t into pizza and pasta I thought it would be difficult to find a decent restaurant in Florence - but Quinoa proved me wrong!!! Although not a vegetarian restaurant they had plenty of dishes for vegetarians or vegans. My asparagus risotto was delicious and the vegetable ‘patty’ with all of its accompaniments was fantastic. Will definitely be going back there a couple of times during my stay in Florence!!!

10/10Our dinner was excellent. Lovely choice on the menu. The starters we chose to share were delicious, although we all agreed that we would have been too full for much else if we each had our own. The following course did not disappoint either with plenty of seafood nicely flavoured. We had no room for dessert. The wine, a local white, was very tasty.

10/10Fabulous restaurant. My husband is gluten intolerant and was so thrilled to be able to eat without worry as well as having delicious food. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten in any restaurant. We will go again on this trip. The food was reasonably priced and the wine was excellent and a bargain. The service and server were wonderful. I would give him 10 stars if I could. The restaurant is lovely with a romantic ambiance.

10/10Great outside terrace offering a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Florence. Welcoming staff and great food. I loved the Pad Thai and the Mille foglie. Also highly recommended for celiacs (my wife is). Everything on the menu is gluten free, and the dishes that we had were all quite tasty (also for non-celiacs like me).

9.5/10Excellent find for a GF and healthy restaurant near the Duomo! Located in a quiet, inner courtyard just 2 blocks away from the craziness of the Cathedral, this restaurant was a superb refuge. Amazing GF food and fabulous service. My non-GF teen daughter loved it and asked to go again. Get a seat in the courtyard under an umbrella or inside in AC. Best meal for me (Celiac) in Florence. Wish there was one in my home town in the US.

10/10We ate a second time tonight at the wonderful Quinoa. This dinner was as tasty as our first. We started with the eggplant Parmesan and 4 specialty mini tastes. We loved it all. I got the quinoa cake for my entrée because I loved it so much the first time. Hubbie got the pesto pasta and we were both happy with our choices. Dessert was the almond flour and orange cake: hubs thought it was very tasty - even ate it with the side scoop of yogurt. Our server was lovely and very helpful and attentive. She recommended a nice rose and all in all we had a terrific experience dining here. Wish there was a gluten free restaurant of this caliber at home!

9.5/10This gluten free restaurant is brilliant! Set back from the street it has a lovely ambiance whether sitting inside or out on the covered patio. The food is exceptional: delicious, fresh and creative. We had the crusty bread with barrata cheese and a mixed salad to start - both were wonderful. Our entrees were the asparagus risotto and the baked quinoa tart with gazpacho. They were amazing: two of the best fishes we’ve eaten anywhere. We finished with cheesecake- one with fruit and one with dark chocolate on top. Yum. We will be back at least once or twice before we leave Florence!

9.5/10Great for couples and small groups. 100% gluten-free and absolutely delicious... even my non GF husband was seriously impressed! Food and service were impeccable. The decor was a little odd, but don't let that put you off going because the food is amazing!

10/10Love this place…have been twice during our stay in Florence. Totally gluten free…celiacs can eat everything on the menu and their gluten free bread is better than any I have ever had…truly. Huge 5 stars for Quinoa…hope to get there one more time before we leave….it is that good!

10/10Our meal at Quinoa was truly the best we’ve had in Florence! Giulio provided gracious and attentive service, and the food—all gluten free!—was incredibly delicious. Our favorite dishes were the eggplant and leek/bread antipasti, the hummus side, the pastas, and the orange cake. The atmosphere of the restaurant was peaceful and private. Quinoa is a gem!
