Florence’s first certified Gluten Free restaurant is Quinoa and they were kind enough to take us an hour before our reservation. Located in a courtyard there was a wonderful breeze through dinner and we ordered multiple dishes to share: Homemade potato gnocchi in tomato sauce, Red lentil falafel, Potatoes frites, Roasted potatoes, Quinoa and lentil burger and Eggplant pancakes with cabbage salad. We enjoyed every bite of it and finished everything.

The food so good...

I just did not lake the tastes and the consistencies of the food. Parmigana con Carciofi consisted mainly from artichoke leaves (quite fibrous) and little cheese. Service was really good and friendly. Ambience of the restaurant was really nice.

100% GF and delicious! We enjoyed the gnocchi. Three of us shared an exceptional Florentine steak. Bravo!

The food was realt and the service was nice ! The waiters and waitresses were really kind. The tiramisu was excellent even though it was gluten free !

Really our favourite place in Florence for a few years, and now we live here, a 'go-to' place for a special meal with friends or a celebration. We've had a friend with us for a few weeks, so it made sense her last meal in Florence would be here. Amazing food, there's no 'missing' gluten it's all so tasty, very friendly with great staff, amazing building and space and very buzzy without being too loud or annoying for both lunch and dinner. As recommended now as when we discovered it 2 years ago.

The food was very good! I had a vegan Thai pasta. The ambiance was also nice with trees surrounding the table. Overall I would recommend this restaurant!

+1What a great evening, great Vegan options, and 100% gluten free.. The BEST gf bread, ever! all the dishes we had were perfect 👌🏼 and the restaurant is dog friendly too.. the waiters were very attentive, and very kind, couldn't have wanted more.. very best of evenings for us! Thank you all 👌🏼

The bread alone was worth the trip!

The vegetarian dishes were very good. In particular the frittelle eggplant patties were delicious and I would recommend this dish to other vegetarians.
