A very nice neighbourhood restaurant with a sensible menu with food that is delicious but not expensive. The service is professional and friendly.y. A casual, unpretentious place that cares about good food and people. It's authentic. Go there.

We are so grateful to The Fork for helping us find this amazing little café/restaurant. It is open all day, from breakfast through to dinner. We had dinner here on our last night in Monopoli and are very glad we did. The service was incredible. The food outstanding. The kindness overwhelming. If you are in Monopoli, not matter the time of day, you simply must go here.

We went to the restaurant with a reservation from The Fork, two of the people at the table ordered Greek salad and the dish wasn’t a really Greek salad, it had 3 pieces of tomato, cucumber, olive and feta cheese and the rest was lettuce. We told the wait staff that the Greek salad was not as it really was and as it was explained in the menu, and they answered in a very bad way saying that this is the salad they made, even if it is not like the real one. The waitress was too rude and started hitting the table with the dataphone, demanding that I pay quickly without even listening to the claim, I asked to withdraw the value of the service because it had been lousy and the lady with a bad attitude said that if I did not pay the "coperto" she will call the police.

Fabulous, welcoming staff. Explained the menu in detail and various added options that they could provide. Service was attentive and fun. We all tried various different selections from the menu and the quality was excellent across all meals. The wine, cocktails were also excellent. Really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere and would definitely recommend QuintaEssenza.

Quaint little place, serving fresh panni's, pinsa (a type of elongated pizza) and various snack and salads. My pinsa was absolutely delicious, I would definitely return to try something else if I'm passing Monopoli again. The place was spotless and staff were very friendly. It's also a great place just to pop in for a coffee & cornetto or something a little stronger, like a spritz, glass of prosecco or a glass or two of wine.
