This restaurant opened very recently and has been attracting customers over the last few weeks. So we thought of trying their dishes. We ate Gyoza and Prawn fry. Gyoza was good but the prawn fry was full of oil. Then we ordered Chciken Ramen and Vegetable Ramen, but we were highly disappointed to see the Ramen which was full of noodles and had a few pieces of chicken, pok choi, bamboo shoots etc. We lived in Japan for many years, so we knew the real taste and ingredients of a Ramen. We have also eaten Ramen in other restaurants in Lyon which were more authentic. So the restaurant needs to improve and be more authentic in taste and quality of their dishes..
