7/10+7The experience was overpriced and far too inflexible. You’re essentially processed through a rigid system, more fitting for a tourist venue than a fine dining destination. While the use of local ingredients is commendable, that’s about the only highlight. Nothing on the menu truly impressed or excited us—everything was underseasoned and lacked originality. The best part was the sauce that accompanied the fish, which at least seemed freshly prepared. It was also quite obvious that many components had been pre-cooked and were simply plated—reminiscent of a fast-food approach: limited ingredient sets, standardized dishes, no customizations. That model works well with a low-skill, low-cost workforce, which is what this restaurant seems to rely on. Having dined in many Michelin-starred restaurants, this one had by far the weakest price-to-quality ratio. Personally, I would not award it a Michelin star. 8.5/10Recif, Saint-Raphaël : was it tasty: YES! Was she worth the money: YES! The drinks were very expensive but were perfectly matched to the food. But small quantities. Will I still do it? no

8/10All the elements for a great dining experience is there. The location, service & staff could not be faulted. Sadly by not having any choice of dishes the chef is arrogantly assuming that is creations will be enjoyed by all which in the real world is not feasible, out of 6 plates of food one was not to our taste and as it was the main dish it somewhat ruined what could have been an very enjoyable dinner.

7.5/10Location was amazing and service was fab. Cheese plate was exceptional and wine pairing was excellent. My friend and I found the food a little one dimensional and with a lot of similar flavours throughout the meal rather than individual courses really standing out. We did the journey round the med menu but that wasn’t really explained in the food or stood out, it was often reliant on that sorrel heavy sauces rather than letting produce and fresh flavours shine.
