About this restaurant
In het landelijke Nieuwe-Niedorp ligt dit Chinees-Vietnamese restaurant dat sfeervol is ingericht als een Zuid-Chinese boerderij. Onder bezielende supervisie van chef Han Ji, van HanTing Cuisine uit Den Haag, kookt de Chinese Meesterkok Tso Min Cheng op het hoogste niveau. Met verse producten uit de directe omgeving, maakt hij verfijnde gerechten die opvallen door de rijke en krachtige smaken uit de Chinese en Vietnamese keuken. Hierbij worden mooie wijnen, bijzondere thee en de beste sake geschonken. Red Chilli is aangesloten bij les Amis Saisonnier en is dit jaar nieuwkomer in de GaultMillau met 15 punten.
