I was served stone cold fish. It took them 10 mins to do anything about it. What they did about it was bring me a hot plate for me to heat it myself. They eventually took it back to the kitchen. Absolutely no apology. The manager also spent her time berating staff in front of a full restaurant. Very disappointing 😞

There is no better restaurant in Pineto. Food quality is superb. I went to Resilienza for the second time just to be sure of my first judgement and yeah, I am sure now. Everything is of superior quality, even the service is just... Perfect. Both times we felt like prince and princess. Wine list is tailored to their menu and we could also find some true names from Abruzzo. Highly recommended.

Very, very special. Service is delicious, polite, attention to details which is rare. Food is just amazing, contrasts are wonderful and quality is just superior. Wine list is a very hard choice, but here Mr. S came to help... I will surely come back and yeah, i suggest you to try this fantastic place.
