9/10We had an excellent meal, with many unusual and delicious flavor pairings. The service, while friendly and helpful, was somewhat spotty - our table seemed to have been forgotten more than once.

10/10This is a great combination of talents! A french cher, a Venezuelan Chef and a Colombian Pastry chef. Delicious food and great vibe of a restaurant! I will come back in my next trip ...for sure!

10/10Best meal we had in Paris! We loved the creative combination of French, Latin and Thai flavors executed with excellence and finesse! Service was friendly and personable and we were even kindly welcomed by the talented chef himself! We can’t wait to return and will joyfully recommend Ambos to all our foodie friends!

10/10Cristina, her husband and team have accomplished what they set out to do. We felt like we were welcomed into their home. The food was phenomenal, creative and personal and the service attentive and kind. We loved watching everyone in the kitchen and front-of-the-house staff work together.

10/10Absolutely outstanding. We have experienced 3 star Michelin restaurants . The 7 course was unbelievable, each course was simply to savor. Exceptional. The service and ambiance cozy and fabulous. We sat near the working kitchen which we enjoyed. The owner was present and should be proud! You must go!

10/10This was hands-down the best restaurant we ate at in Paris. The staff was so helpful and friendly, and they happily accommodated my vegetarian husband. Not only the best food we ate, but a highlight for our whole trip. Excellent restaurant ????

7.5/10The food was good, but too crowded and jammed to enjoy it. People wandered around the table while I was eating. I hurried to finish my meal as soon as possible, and got a beer to chill myself at the cafe nearby. The shef deliverd my dishes, which was nice touch.

10/10We had the best meal of our stay in Paris at Ambos. Service was friendly and prompt. Our server kindly helped with my stuttering French as I tried to figure out the menu. We had the beef and pork entrees and they were both delicious with wonderful sauces. The menu is small, but every dish is impeccably prepared.

10/10This was a lovely gem to stumble upon. Since it was a new restaurant we couldn't rely on reviews to give us a hint to their quality or service. Thankfully the restaurant already exuded quiet and wonderful ambience, even from the outside looking in. When we arrived for our reservation, the service was incredible. The service was friendly and conversational and they were attentive to our needs while also giving us space to enjoy our time there and the food....speaking of which. We did not know about the history of the chefs but after he told us he was on TV, we could see why. Their food was incredible, and we were greeted by both the husband and wife chef couple, for different parts of the meal. They told us a little about the preparation and gave us advice on how to approach things like their deconstructed Thai appetizer. All in all, this place was our favorite during our week in Paris, and it made it all the more special to experience this new restaurant before it will undoubtedly become very popular.
