10/10Some of the most creative food to be found in Paris. Every dish was a surprise and each flavor complemented the others. Just wonderful! Had to return a second time before we had to leave Paris.

10/10This is a great combination of talents! A french cher, a Venezuelan Chef and a Colombian Pastry chef. Delicious food and great vibe of a restaurant! I will come back in my next trip ...for sure!

10/10Best meal we had in Paris! We loved the creative combination of French, Latin and Thai flavors executed with excellence and finesse! Service was friendly and personable and we were even kindly welcomed by the talented chef himself! We can’t wait to return and will joyfully recommend Ambos to all our foodie friends!

10/10Cristina, her husband and team have accomplished what they set out to do. We felt like we were welcomed into their home. The food was phenomenal, creative and personal and the service attentive and kind. We loved watching everyone in the kitchen and front-of-the-house staff work together.

10/10Absolutely outstanding. We have experienced 3 star Michelin restaurants . The 7 course was unbelievable, each course was simply to savor. Exceptional. The service and ambiance cozy and fabulous. We sat near the working kitchen which we enjoyed. The owner was present and should be proud! You must go!

7.5/10The food was good, but too crowded and jammed to enjoy it. People wandered around the table while I was eating. I hurried to finish my meal as soon as possible, and got a beer to chill myself at the cafe nearby. The shef deliverd my dishes, which was nice touch.

10/10We had the best meal of our stay in Paris at Ambos. Service was friendly and prompt. Our server kindly helped with my stuttering French as I tried to figure out the menu. We had the beef and pork entrees and they were both delicious with wonderful sauces. The menu is small, but every dish is impeccably prepared.

About this restaurant
En espagnol, « ambos » signifie « les deux ». Pas besoin de vous faire un dessin, on parle de Cristina Chomet Tejeda et Pierre Chomet, « les deux » au restaurant comme à la maison. En face du Sénat et du Jardin du Luxembourg, ils accueillent leurs convives chez eux, sérieux comme un débat dans l’hémicycle, légers comme une promenade entre les arbres et les joueurs d’échec. Les matières sont brutes, pierre, brique et bois. Le lieu a été rendu à ses origines, dans ce quartier historique de Paris, mais dans un esprit contemporain. Le soleil s’invite presque toute la journée à travers la baie vitrée, éclairant les murs couleur crème. La hauteur sous plafond donne du souffle, les plateaux des tables en chêne clair contrastent avec le sol foncé
