The time in between courses was too long. More time at the table without food & wait staff not attentive to empty glasses. Food was ok, similar notes through out, portion size is very small and the dessert was not good at all. 7 courses in a little over 2 hours is too long, half that time was just waiting. Overall, disappointed.

I did not know what to expect, I had heard really good things about the restaurant. It exceeded every expectation. This is a definite on my return list. I look forward to my next meal there. The food was excellent, the wine choices. Superb.

Amazing experience! At the same level of the 2 star Michelin restaurant we went before! With better prices, of course. Great service! Awesome food, served directly by the chef and his wife. Very good location, by Luxembourg Gardens.

Back in Paris again after 13 years and our excellent meal at Restaurant Ambos was a great way to begin our time in France. We had the 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing. Everything was delicious. the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the ambience was delightful. Standouts on the menu were the langoustine and fish with beets. Outstanding.

What an amazing place! Cozy yet refined atmosphere. Love the surprise menu of food and wine. And to top it off many of the dishes are presented and served by the chef himself. This place will be on our list to return each time we are back in Paris.

Some of the most creative food to be found in Paris. Every dish was a surprise and each flavor complemented the others. Just wonderful! Had to return a second time before we had to leave Paris.

This is a great combination of talents! A french cher, a Venezuelan Chef and a Colombian Pastry chef. Delicious food and great vibe of a restaurant! I will come back in my next trip ...for sure!
