10/10Thank you to the ERH team for an exceptional dining experience. The service was attentive, striking the perfect balance between being accommodating and unobtrusive. Every detail was meticulously attended to, from the pacing of the courses to the presentation of the dishes. The cuisine offered a stunning fusion of French culinary techniques with delicate Japanese influences—a combination that left a lasting impression. Delicious, and I look forward to coming back.

9/10They surely used the best ingredients. Meat and fish are very fresh. Yellow poultry is so juicy and tender. Tuna almost melted in the my mouth. The chef is creative. He is trying to combine the French cuisine and Japanese cuisine together. Almost every course has a little hint of Asian cuisine like the soy sauce that they use in one of the dishes. The restaurant is clean with romantic aroma. Service could be better.

10/10My son and I have a lot of food allergies and wherever we go, we always have to remind the staff about them, sometimes repeatedly during the night. However, the team at ERH were very attentive especially the restaurant manager. He confirmed with us with our allergies right from the start and that immediately put us at ease. They have gone over and beyond to make sure everything was allergen free for us. Needless to say, the dishes were all amazing with complexity and we felt very looked after. A great culinary experience!

10/10Experience beyond what is expected from a 1 star Michelin restaurant. Everything from the entrance to the combination of sake and French wines were exquisite. The food so beautifully arranged that you could almost not eat it because you felt you destroyed the artworks, and the combination of flavors so delicious that you thought you were in heaven.

10/10The restaurant is hidden behind sliding doors in an sake shop, which was super cool. We've booked for lunch and there was a personal, hand-written welcome card on our table - talk about attention to detail. The menu was very creative and tasty, the service was very good, overall a very enjoyable experience. The price of Euro 80 is very reasonable for what you get, can highly recommend.

9/10Casual elegance but for the few slobs in the room. Lovely professional staff though we think they were overtaxed as plates sat too long and wine glasses were empty despite the arrival of the next course. Dishes were creative and true to the fusion spirit though not everyone was a success. A very gracious experience.

10/10Discreet entrance, we were invited in and felt priviledged to be able to go through the back door. Then you enter the restaurant area. It is cozy and serein space. The Chef Keita Kitamura is there getting the dishes out, the team was very attentive and quite discreet. Many tables with couples. When the dishes arrive, your are focused on your plate. Each spoon is full of emotion. You travel wherever the Chef wanted you to go. We started with a Veal tartare and corn, I never tasted anything like this before, It was so soft and smooth, and yet with an explosion of flavors and emotions. Each dish was special, but this was our favorite. We traveled to the Sea with the warmth of South of France and the freshness/coolness of the ocean. This restaurant definitely deserves a second star (compared to some other 2 stars restaurants we tried before). There was exactly the right quantity of food and flavors and rhythm for this menu !

10/10The starters and pigeon main were amazing. The squid and smoked foie gras ravioli were particularly outstanding. The salmon main and 1st dessert were, however, slightly underwhelming. Overall, great ambience and exquisite food. Very solid one star and definitely on track to two!

10/10The starters are extraordinary, which raised my expectation quite high for the main course, especially the final starter ( duck liver ravioli) bring the route to a heavy direction. However, the main course goes back to light taste. They are good but not impressive enough to hold the expectation set by the starters. Dessert are awesome. I feel the whole routine is a bit thin for a 7 course tasting menu. My feeling is like the story ends in a sudden when I expect it expand to the next higher level.

7.5/10We visited this restaurant when measures for Covid-19 were in vigor. Unfortunately there wasn't any handgel available at the entrance of the hall or after the meal. (But the waiters used it constantly, which I really appreciated) Our menu was composed of 6 dishes., all very well presented and made with fresh ingredients. Some tasted a bit bland (some of the appetizers), others were too overwhelming (smoked foie gras). But there were also some nice surprises: radish-appetizer, "tomatoe-snow", broth with the fish. The possibility of pairing the dishes with sake instead of wine is an original twist. The lady "sake sommelier" was very attentive and friendly) The meal ended on a false note: coffee was undrinkable.

10/10Excellent food, we were worried 9 courses were going to be too much but each dish was light, fresh and original. A special mention for the service, we were made to feel at home straight away. All in all a wonderful evening and a great restaurant.

10/10We were celebrating a birthday on valentine's day and this restaurant was perfect. The high ceiling makes the place grand, the big and serene bonzai tree within makes it like a winter terrasse, the few tables makes it intimate and the dim lighting makes it romantic. The food was wonderful, maybe a little small in size compared to 2 years ago, but we could see that the chef was experimenting more on texture and taste. The sommelier was friendly and the sakes were delicate. The one Michelin star was well earned. Note : we felt just slightly disappointed with a crepe for dessert in a gastronomic restaurant.

10/10Very Professional and friendly staff who work together with optimum efficiency. Each course was carefully balanced in flavour. The wine was very Nice, am very picky and declined at first but stole a sip and was sold. I was afraid the 8 course omakase would bore my table guests but we were sad this experience had to come to an end. We will return again when visiting paris and already looking forward to it.
