Although very delicious , the food was overpriced. Service was excellent. Ambience was lacking. Could have used some background music or dimmer lighting.

American traveler here. I must say this experience was top notch from beginning to end. The courses were a culinary experience paired with some amazing French wines. For me and my wife, we must recommend this for any person wanting to experience Michelin star cuisine!

I am lucky enough to go to a lot of amazing restaurants around the world. This one is my new favorite. Amazing experience.

Tomatoes and ice cream do not blend well, resulting in a separation in taste. The green one is temporarily referred to as the soup, which was okay at first but became increasingly salty later on. Fortunately, the main course was very good, and the beef tasted great. The cherry dessert base has an ordinary taste. Overall, there is a lack of expectation

Celebrating my girlfriend’s 25th birthday was wonderful here. The food was incredible ,every bite had a wonderful sauce or accompaniment that was truly fitting and just as flavorful, the only critiques would be for the strange photography on the walls… doesn’t take away from the food but it just seemed so out of place. Especially in a restaurant of their caliber.

Every dish was superb. I’ve been to many two and three star restaurants and this may be the best of them all.

Everything here was perfect. The food, of course, was exceptional. The staff was kind and warm. The table next to us was licking their plates.

The road to making food as perfect as possible in every way. , The fish and the beef were particularly outstanding with the dessert.. However those two dishes could be a little bigger portions for a younger person or bigger person. Cooking creation and quality is excellent.

Simply wonderful in every way. Do yourself a favor and order the wine pairings with your meal. Should have more than one Michelin star. Absolutely wonderful.

Cozy setting in a quiet corner of the city. Go to this side street location! Welcoming staff. Small and intimate…a good thing! We had the five course menu with wine pairings. Each course was an experience! Preparation and service were exquisite. The wines were expertly paired. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed the chef’s tasting menu, which was delicious, well executed and thoughtfully composed. The chef’s talent for fusing and contrasting flavor profiles within dishes and across the menu is remarkable. The intimate and chic dining room provides a peek into the kitchen where the magic happens. In a city filled with Michelin stars, this chef’s star shines very, very brightly.

It was such a good experience. In all aspects. Qualoty of food and service. I asked for gluten-free food . The chef was so helpful, and the taste was exquisite . I loved this restaurant

Food was fantastic. Creative. Thoughtful. Portions were right on and most importantly delicious (sans the amuse) They could use another server on the floor as they were lagging behind on service with a full restaurant. Did not love the table tops (felt sub par and cheap for a mich star) although I understand the modern aesthetic they were going for. We will go again.

The best food and service I’ve had in all of France! The surprise theme definitely kept us guessing and every bite was magnificent. This meal stayed in my thoughts long after it was over!

Truly superb! We really had a great dining experience, from beginning to end. The food was amazing! Compliments to the Chef, whose culinary expertise is a work of art. Excellent service from the staff; we felt so welcomed.

Liked it a lot. Very inventive, well-prepared dishes. Excellent, friendly service. Quiet, pleasant atmosphere. Pricey but felt it was worth it.

We made a reservation for 9:30pm for the 7-course set menu. It was absolutely delicious and innovative. We were also pleasantly surprised with the desserts at the end- we expected one and were brought out three! The server was enthusiastic about everything he brought out to us, and the chef came out at the end of the meal to introduce himself. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Paris and would certainly return in the future. On another note, we visited another Michelin star restaurant on our trip and it did not compare to this restaurant whatsoever in terms of creativity, taste, and value.

We have been to this restaurant twice with similar results. A beautifully plated 5 course menu for €95 plus lovely wine pairings and excellent service. We will be back

This was an adventure of taste, all wonderfull presented. The most unexpected combinations, but oh so good. We where a little bit unlucky , after 30 minutes came a small group inside that was very noisy, but thats not the chefs fault. Will i come here again? For sure, top gastronomique quisine!

The food is absolutely delicious with the courses well timed and great wine pairings, a truly enjoyable experience. At the end of the night we even met the chef and had the opportunity to talked to him about his food. Thank you Restaurant H for a wonderful night.

The food was extremely well thought through, with many layers of flavors & balance with the presentation & plating. Very impressive. Restaurant decor was simple & functional, suitable as a foil for the cuisine. The staff were attentive & very friendly. Chef Hubert was gracious & kind, and we enjoyed chatting with him after the meal. Unfortunately there was a very loud table of 5 diners which detracted from the ambience, though this was certainly not the fault of the restaurant. Will definitely return.

Beyond exceptional!!! The staff was excellent and food was like nothing we have ever had before. You must experience it for yourself.
