10/10Cozy setting in a quiet corner of the city. Go to this side street location! Welcoming staff. Small and intimate…a good thing! We had the five course menu with wine pairings. Each course was an experience! Preparation and service were exquisite. The wines were expertly paired. Highly recommend!

10/10We very much enjoyed the chef’s tasting menu, which was delicious, well executed and thoughtfully composed. The chef’s talent for fusing and contrasting flavor profiles within dishes and across the menu is remarkable. The intimate and chic dining room provides a peek into the kitchen where the magic happens. In a city filled with Michelin stars, this chef’s star shines very, very brightly.

9/10Food was fantastic. Creative. Thoughtful. Portions were right on and most importantly delicious (sans the amuse) They could use another server on the floor as they were lagging behind on service with a full restaurant. Did not love the table tops (felt sub par and cheap for a mich star) although I understand the modern aesthetic they were going for. We will go again.

10/10Truly superb! We really had a great dining experience, from beginning to end. The food was amazing! Compliments to the Chef, whose culinary expertise is a work of art. Excellent service from the staff; we felt so welcomed.

10/10We made a reservation for 9:30pm for the 7-course set menu. It was absolutely delicious and innovative. We were also pleasantly surprised with the desserts at the end- we expected one and were brought out three! The server was enthusiastic about everything he brought out to us, and the chef came out at the end of the meal to introduce himself. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Paris and would certainly return in the future. On another note, we visited another Michelin star restaurant on our trip and it did not compare to this restaurant whatsoever in terms of creativity, taste, and value.

9.5/10This was an adventure of taste, all wonderfull presented. The most unexpected combinations, but oh so good. We where a little bit unlucky , after 30 minutes came a small group inside that was very noisy, but thats not the chefs fault. Will i come here again? For sure, top gastronomique quisine!

9.5/10The food was extremely well thought through, with many layers of flavors & balance with the presentation & plating. Very impressive. Restaurant decor was simple & functional, suitable as a foil for the cuisine. The staff were attentive & very friendly. Chef Hubert was gracious & kind, and we enjoyed chatting with him after the meal. Unfortunately there was a very loud table of 5 diners which detracted from the ambience, though this was certainly not the fault of the restaurant. Will definitely return.

10/10We had a great time at Restaurant H. Even though we came late to the reservation due to traffic, the waiters were understanding and attentative. The service was amazing, and the dishes were made to perfection. We had the seven course meal along with the wine pairing, and we loved every single part of the meal. I had the best meat I have ever had here. Thank you for this experience!

10/10100000/10- I cannot give Restaurant H a higher rating! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every course. The food was thoughtful, innovative, and really led beautifully throughout the entire meal. The service was exemplary and our servers were incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable, and kind. We will make sure to come back the next time we are in Paris- it is worth traveling for!

10/10It was the best taste and service. I am Japanese. The restaurant here also incorporated Japanese ingredients into the food, and I felt familiar. For example, soba nuts, yuzu, bamboo sumi, etc. However, I was surprised at the great taste that I couldn't taste in Japan. The next time I visit Paris, I promise I will definitely come back to this restaurant. Of course I don't understand French and I'm not good at English, so I'm sorry. Next time, I want to study more and convey this impression directly.（I was very happy because there was a waiter who could speak Japanese.）Merci beaucoup♡Thank you very much♡本当にありがとうございます

9/10We had a wonderful meal. All the dishes were presented in an appealing manner. The service was almost impeccable. The exception was the waiter completely forgot our red wine order to go with our meat dish. There had been an influx of new patrons and I think he got overwhelmed. By the time we realized the wine order had actually not been placed, we had finished the course. An apology was given later when I asked what had happened. Maybe the waiter was new, who knows. However, overall, he provided very good service.

9.5/10Chef HD and his team delivered the most important element in fine dining - tasty and memorable dishes. Cozy ambiance and spot-on service made 4 of feel like we were on a journey with him. Our table allowed us to take a good look at the chef and his kitchen staff and action and it in itself was an entertaining experience. Wish H to a continued success and perhaps 2-stars in the near-term future?!

10/10So good! Can’t recommend enough this place. The 7-course meal was a joy. Had so much range, going from seafood to beef in a second. The service was really good. I recommended to our server having a printed version of the menu as I didn’t understood some plates ingredients or preparations. But overall excellent!
