Tomatoes and ice cream do not blend well, resulting in a separation in taste. The green one is temporarily referred to as the soup, which was okay at first but became increasingly salty later on. Fortunately, the main course was very good, and the beef tasted great. The cherry dessert base has an ordinary taste. Overall, there is a lack of expectation

Celebrating my girlfriend’s 25th birthday was wonderful here. The food was incredible ,every bite had a wonderful sauce or accompaniment that was truly fitting and just as flavorful, the only critiques would be for the strange photography on the walls… doesn’t take away from the food but it just seemed so out of place. Especially in a restaurant of their caliber.

The road to making food as perfect as possible in every way. , The fish and the beef were particularly outstanding with the dessert.. However those two dishes could be a little bigger portions for a younger person or bigger person. Cooking creation and quality is excellent.

Cozy setting in a quiet corner of the city. Go to this side street location! Welcoming staff. Small and intimate…a good thing! We had the five course menu with wine pairings. Each course was an experience! Preparation and service were exquisite. The wines were expertly paired. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed the chef’s tasting menu, which was delicious, well executed and thoughtfully composed. The chef’s talent for fusing and contrasting flavor profiles within dishes and across the menu is remarkable. The intimate and chic dining room provides a peek into the kitchen where the magic happens. In a city filled with Michelin stars, this chef’s star shines very, very brightly.

Food was fantastic. Creative. Thoughtful. Portions were right on and most importantly delicious (sans the amuse) They could use another server on the floor as they were lagging behind on service with a full restaurant. Did not love the table tops (felt sub par and cheap for a mich star) although I understand the modern aesthetic they were going for. We will go again.

The best food and service I’ve had in all of France! The surprise theme definitely kept us guessing and every bite was magnificent. This meal stayed in my thoughts long after it was over!
