"I recently visited Kaiseki and, while I appreciated the effort put into the food and ambiance, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of tap water. Access to tap water is a basic need, much like the availability of restrooms or utensils—it’s a fundamental part of hospitality. The absence of such a simple and essential service left me with a sour impression, overshadowing what could have been a great experience. Offering tap water isn’t just about meeting a need; it’s about showing respect and care for your guests. Without it, the overall dining experience feels incomplete and, frankly, unwelcoming. I hope this feedback inspires change, as providing such a basic courtesy could significantly elevate the guest experience."

The food was delicious, but the service was really poor. We reserved a nice table for two to celebrate my birthday party, ended up at the worst table in the room (next to the entrance door) even though the nice tables were empty even when we left. The fact of birthday was ignored in full (no congrats or compliment from the restaurant, which would be received in any other restaurant of this price tag). The order was completely mixed up. Tempura prawns never reached our table, but were kept in the bill. Sparkling water instead of still. Chicken salad instead of Chuka. All the mistakes were reflected in the bill not in our favor, and the salad was counted even two times! The waiters were running around without any system. We noticed it was not only our table which was not serviced well. Very disappointing for a restaurant which pretends to be high-class. To mention again that the food is really great. If you're lucky to receive what you have ordered :D
