Very good food and service, you like or not the atmosphere (a bit (too much?) trendy/hip), only negative thing is the air conditioning that is freezing cold if you're under it, my wife kept a scarf on her for dinner and I could see another woman with her coat on..., apart from that very good experience and we'll get back there, just booking a table not under the AC :-)

"I recently visited Kaiseki and, while I appreciated the effort put into the food and ambiance, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of tap water. Access to tap water is a basic need, much like the availability of restrooms or utensils—it’s a fundamental part of hospitality. The absence of such a simple and essential service left me with a sour impression, overshadowing what could have been a great experience. Offering tap water isn’t just about meeting a need; it’s about showing respect and care for your guests. Without it, the overall dining experience feels incomplete and, frankly, unwelcoming. I hope this feedback inspires change, as providing such a basic courtesy could significantly elevate the guest experience."
